@@wayne3340 for me, on the way in I usually like to start by hand to get a feel. On some fasteners, you can still get a good feel even through a tool. For removal, experience has shown me that if it was gonna break it is going to break anyway. I do my part with PB blaster then just unfasten it the fastest way I can. See, my tool isn't for torque. It's just to save me from the repetitive motions.

Hey man I really hope you will reply. I know the infiniti has the same usb aux in the center console as my nissan fuga hybrid. Mine doesn't work and i ran a self diagnosis. It says overcurrent. Do you happen to know what I should do >?
If you watch this video to the end, you'll see that I removed the passenger one to talk about the orientation of the bulb. Yes, it's tighter in there but once you've watched the video and understand how to remove the lamp, then you can do it without even having to look at it. I did it, without even moving the tank - just get a good tool selection.
My job involved replacing the entire fog light on my 2013 M37xS, somehow water got inside and rusted it out. Basically is was simple, I jacked passenger side up, put a stand for safety, removed the inner tire splash, laying under the bottom every is clearly visible, the tank is indented enough to use a 8mm wrench or socket. Removed the screw (socket is faster), to remove the foglamp assembly you have to unclip six tabs that hole the plastic looking mesh cover, the chrome ring is part of that and not separate on the sport model. Before putting the new in, I WD40 the screw, and screwed it into the new to make it easy to hand screw in. I then put the foglamp, hand turned it all the way in, and then used the wrench to tighten it firm. I connected the light, clipped the wire support to the tank. Checked that light worked, clipped the wire mesh assembly from the front. Last part was the put back the tire firewall or splash guard, you need about 6 plastic clips (found on ebay .05 cents), jacked the car up to remove the stand, and then released the jack to let car down, and I was done. Bottom line you have to remove the firewall because the bottom piece to access the light is stapled to the firewall.. Should have made my own video...lol
Dude you have so many M35/45's but you cant buy a tripod or a go pro? I love your work but I get frustrated watching you struggle with your video equipment.
Thanks for the feedback. I have a few tripods (I know I used a tripod in this video), but they won't do much good when I need to work upside down with the car raised 1 foot off the ground. I don't like holding a camera while working either, but it's a sacrifice I make to show the work in the detail I want. If I had a car lift, life would be much easier, but hey I am still accepting donations.

There are many g37 videos but not too many for m37, and its hard for m owner to diy, thank you so much!

My 2011 m56 has 96k miles. What kind of oil do u recommend?
For now I use any synthetic 5w30 oil that is on sale. Mobil 1, Castrol, Valvoline, sometimes Pennzoil

Only if the power tool can't fit.
Power tool > ratchet > gear wrench > traditional wrench > vise grips > pliers

How do you change the fog light on M56 passenger side
If you watch the whole video, it will give you a very good idea and get you 90% there. The only issue is that it was too tight of a fit to show video

I haven't had to deal with it, but have you gone through the fuses? Blow some compressed air just in case there's debris in there to start.

Hey Ed, both of the fogs on my m35 are not coming on. I've checked the fuse by the battery but it's good. Any ideas of what is the cause?

If they are similar bulbs which were installed at the same time, they should last the same amount of time.

and the tab under the bottom on the fog light you don't to pull in down, you just turn the assembly, slightly turn it clockwise to take out.
