Hello sir,I have a question, I have the blade 150s smart and the blade 230,for some reason now when I spool up it sounds like the throttle is all the way up, on both models?
Check throttle curves in radio. You can also calibrate the speed control. Do this. Put normal mode throttle curve at 0,25.50,75,100. Take blades off heli , mains and tail. Put throttle to top full throttle on radio. Plug in battery, it will beep funny, then lower the throttle stick. Now spool up the heli in normal mode on the table with that linear throttle curve. Is it ok? Now put the throttle curve for normal mode at 0,65,65,65,65. Put stunt 1 at 75,75,75,75,75 and put stunt 2 at 95,95,95,95,95. Keep them straight line curves. You can go 100% on stunt 2 if you want, or tune the speeds to what you like. Just use that flat line. The manual is wrong in my opinion.
@@CoeShow619okay I’ll try that sir,I just started doing this yesterday, like out of the blue never had a problem before and it also happened on my blade 230.thank you for the help.
Man the videos area great help love the blade helis but the 150 s canopies that's another story have you had any issues with warping from the sun I thought it was something I did, but did a test 15 min canopy deformed while sitting an I watched deform contacted horizon hobby we will see how they handle this one kept up the great videos even us vets need help
Great video dude. I have a brand new Blade 330s and a dx8g2 transmitter and I keep putting off flying it lol. I fly my Blade nano s2 with no issues but cant get the courage up to fly the bigger one any tips
I’m in the same situation, I fly my Blade 70s and Nano s2, but sitting in a box I have brand new 130S, 150S, and a 230S v2. Haven’t had the nerve to fly any of them. To be honest I’m still afraid of the Nano S2, I’m much more confident with my Blade 70s.
hey justin, i just tested out the 230s tailrotor on my 150s and it works perfectly! It doesn‘t scream as loud and hold really well :) just turn down the first tail gain a lil bit. Btw. I‘m happy that you got a 150s now also!
CoeShow My Man I cannot get my 150s to find Center in Stunt Mode 1 FOR NOTHING!! I switched right back to stable mode ASAP. It's really drifty even with 125% expo set on switch B. Setup as the manual says... ?????? Wtf am I doing wrong???
Nakia Hamilton 125% expo is wrong. You won’t have any control because you just made the servos slow at center stick. Put expo at 25%. Put D/R rate at 100%. D/R is not assigned to switch B. Set D/R Expo switch to On in menu for aileron, elevator, and rudder. You do not need a dual rate for a helicopter. Get the manual out and set the settings as stated for your transmitter. It is different for some transmitters. Read, Read. It’s all there. Set up the mixing for panic recovery to switch I. There is no secrets to making it fly correctly. Now rebind the helicopter after the settings are correct. Try again. Fun isn’t it?
@@CoeShow619 That's great response brother... All was set to manual specs prior. Only I just performed the trim/calibration flight last night and calmed it somewhat in Flight mode 1, alot better in Normal Mode too but I'm going back to DR and Expo adjustments now. I'll get back wit ya brother... Thank You So Much. P.S. You got Some badass thumbs on the sticks! This DX8 Gen2 rock's. Thanks for Everything
@@CoeShow619 Dude Thanks for the tips on my 150s. I chose to Reset Model and it's much better. A crash ER landing and Upgrades must have caused the issue. Thanks Alot Also, my 230s V2 does not want to come Down after switching to Stunt 1&2, up goes up but Down has No Change. WTF???
I can’t figure out why my tail blows out so easily on my 150s. Anywhere from 50-100% collective the heli will turn 20-30 degrees to the left. I’ve tried increasing the PID tail gains to 125% and it makes no difference. Otherwise it flies fine, no vibrations or wobbles. I’m stumped.
So glad you're still posting stuff. Still to windy here in Ohio to fly outside. I'm glad I can still fly my Nano S2 in the warehouse at work though.
What modeldiss you learn to fly on and what would you recommend now?
Have you tried a 4s flight on the 150s?
Did you have to set the entire head up mechanically, including centering the servos?
Vapletrichs Gne No. This is a bind and fly.

@@CoeShow619I did what you said, the tail motor comes on but not the main motor for the blades.
i use a 850 batt on my 180 cfx for good flight time
What's your flight time?
His this stock or upgrades?.
I only fly stock. It’s stock.

GrimesRic it’s the same exact motor.
CoeShow619 i just meant the bigger tail blades from the 230s :) the blades/rotor on the tail is bigger
I was thinking about the 130s. The 130 has same tail motor as 150.
