Good video. If you only have a short time to meditate just try to keep aware of your thoughts during the day and when you start thinking negative stop yourself and come up with positive things like future goals to think about.

Do you think meditation can be done anywhere because what we are doing is just bringing attention to a certain action so can i, for example, meditate focusing on the movement of my legs while walking? Although concentrating on walking is a lot complex than on breathing. If so then is there an optimal way that might just be the breathing practice you mentioned?
Yes, meditation can be done anywhere, including while walking. Focusing on your legs’ movement is a valid practice called walking meditation. It is more complex than breathing because it involves more actions to notice, like balance and rhythm. However, breathing meditation is often the best starting point because it’s simple and always available. Once you’re comfortable with breathing, walking meditation can deepen your focus and connect you to the present moment in daily life. in fact in the book "deep work" Cal Newport talks about the focus that blacksmiths has. and the effect on the daily life. once you start to train your focus, you can use that in every part of your life.

My parents are telling me for a year to meditate but i dont know i just cant settle with it even though i knew it is beneficial for me . Instead i try to calm my mind by chanting 10 mins while cycling . can you please help me ???
Mediate the way that feels most comfortable for you at first, like during cycling as you said. Then meditate for a bit at the start of each exam, visualise yourself cycling and chant in your mind as needed. The 10 seconds to one minute you spend doing that will calm your mind and help you step away from your emotions so you can do the best you can do at the time during each exam. Side tip: you will recall way more information about a subject if you genuinely enjoy/care about that subject. So try to get into that mindset during study time. Best of luck to you on your exams.
