It would destroy all of fiction and reality if Shaggy 100% vs Big Bang Donald (one of Ronald's strongest forms) happened.

No, he is just as powerful as Shaggy, it's because Ronald can hold back way more and has better control/manipulation over his powers.
So you'll be way safer if you train with Ronald rather than Shaggy, because while Shaggy can accidentally hurt you, Ronald will only hurt you if he wants to.
