Search CSP 1.79 patreon. You need that for rain fx. Traffic mod is complicated, for offline you can only get good performance out of Shibaura PA with Traffic layout, which is included in the SRP mod (track) as an optional extra. You can extract it into the track folder and it'll add a layout where there's AI cars. There's also multiplayer AI lanes, which only work on a server or there's a community release of AI lanes for single player, but those only work when you set further attribs. Point is, you're best off searching YT and Discord.
solid vid, but I'd recommend using higher quality cars, and if you're going for a realistic look, don't include controller players in your video ever.. that last rx7 clip made me laugh out loud
