Nice, although I would expect thicker canes from ph. parvifolia plant after 9 years... I think your plant would really benefit from some fertiliser like compost or manure - mine started growing like crazy after that.
Parvafolia vs moso vs Phyllostachys vivax McClure wich would you recomend for bergen norway im afraid of earrly frost with the moso soo i realy dont know what i should choose
I live in too cold of a climate to have experience with moso of vivax, but I can say that of the Phyllostachys species that I grow, parvifolia is the later shooting species.

Parvifolia Bisetti or Vivax. Moso does not grow well if there is not enough warmth over the year.
