I hope people know what amazing opportunity they have with you in the area I guess most homeowners don’t educate themselves enough to know the difference I’d give my back teeth to be able to hire you all
Some do, some don’t. I’ve been Rewiring about 40 homes a year for almost a decade now. If ONE of my guys even tries to do a short cut it’s there last day with the company, most take my word but every now and then they find out the hard way.
I'm in the middle of settlement on a property with some funky K&T wiring so i might be needing your services. Property has an upgraded 100 amp panel which also has K&T wiring tying into the panel in the basement and found a bunch more K&T in the attic. open ground found on many outlets. i believe needs a whole rewire. its in Lebanon Pa would be nice to know at least a good ballpark quote to know what i'm dealing with here. I've i asked the seller to fix so i'm currently waiting on a reply.
