- In this video I decided to go back and revisit Bloodborne's DLC 'The Old Hunters' in order to earn the last few remaining trophies to get it to 100%
Bloodborne situated in a Lovecraftian Nightmare is a game centred around delving deep into the horrors that lie within the city of Yharnam. It is our job to uncover the mysteries that lie ahead whilst also earning the last few remaining trophies.
For this video I decided to change up the format and go for more of a 'lets play' throughout the DLC rather than your typical Platinum structured video. So if you enjoy it feel free to drop a like and Subscribe!!
00:00 Intro
12:03 Ludwig Boss Fight
21:03 Living Failures Boss Fight
24:04 Laurence Boss Fight
28:00 Lady Maria Boss Fight
38:00 Orphan Of Kos Boss Fight - เกม
Ludwig is one of the only bosses where his phase 2 felt wayyyyyy easier than his phase 1, he’s very erratic and unpredictable in phase 1
Definitely! I felt like you couldn’t even learn his moves in phase 1 you just had to hope you get to phase 2 😂
for me it’s the exact other way around, I can pretty easily do the first phase, but I have trouble finding attack/heal openings in his second phase.
The first time I played, I agreed with that, but every time thereafter, phase 2 was a pain in my ass
11:15 Ha! Ha! That's the classic "Excuse me can I distract you for a moment while my mate sneeks up behind you?"
I hope and pray Bloodborne 2 never ever exists. Doesn't need a fkn sequel. It has perfect endings, why the fuck would we need a sequel to a masterpiece #fuckk bb2
To be fair you aren’t wrong! Can’t improve a masterpiece
Who says bloodborne 2 has to be a continuation of 1, it could be in the same universe but different types of lore and an entirely new setting. And if we are being completely honest about the fandom, most souls players don't play souls game for the story, though some do and they are mesmerized by the lore, which is a plus for those fans, but we really play for the gameplay, and I think fans would love to see a new bloodborne game with new mechanics, weapons and attire.
I just want a 60 fps ps5 version or a bloodborne remake (like demons souls remake)
Loved the let’s play vibe, had me glued! Keep grinding away, love seeing those subs go up, you deserve it🤟🏼
I like the lets play format just as much as the trophy format, keep doing both, another sick video!
Insanely underrated, awesome video bro ❤
Great video mate, definitely enjoyed the longer letsplay form. Bloodborne needs a sequel, the setting is just too good!
Nice work and congrats on getting the 100%. Keep it up!
Thanks man!! Appreciate it!
Damn bro you underrated, I hope you post more!
Thanks so much man I appreciate it!!
You can completely avoid Brador if you take the key to his cell from Simon and just run past him once you get to the unground corpse pile, then kill him in his cell. He won't follow you and thus leaving you free to explore Fishing Hamlet thoroughly.
Man I wish I knew that! 😂
Bro u killed ludwig without letting him finish his line 😂😂
New subscriber btw, great video and congratulations on those trophies.
Man I wasn’t taking no chances! 😂 thanks man welcome to the channel!!
When I got my ps5 I bought bloodborne and went out of my way to 100% it. I have no regrets.
That sounds incredible!
Solid video!
'VampyBinks' now that's a true hunter
ayyy, bb was my first also and hated it lmao, like you, elden ring got me into souls games and went back and realised the masterpiece that this game is, crazy how many players elden ring pulled in
Yeah mate exactly!! All of the games are masterpieces and I’m so glad i finally gave them a try.
American soldiers in 2008 be like 33:43 - 33:50
Underrated comment😂😂😂
Yes cheffff, day ones 😤
Let's go brother! Show me the sauce!
Good shit
I knew nothing going into Bloodborne. Didn't know what a souls game was. Didn't even know what FromSoft was. I expected it to be this Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed esque open world game but gothic and no parkour. Think depressing AC Syndicate.
I was very wrong. Like many with their first souls, I fucking despised it. Now it's one of my all time favorite games.
That must have been such a huge shock!! 😂 My dream is to finally see a Bloodborne 2
did'nt even realise you were just a small youtuber. this is quality content
Thanks so much man I really appreciate it!!
@@UmamiGaming175 no problem man
Now do it only using Logarius’ Wheel
I think that would make the trophy difficulty 10/10 😂
Hell yeah dude
So, what’s your judgment? Hardest boss?
In NG+ and following playthroughs, for me the following order cemented:
1. Laurence
2. Ludwig
3. Orphan
4. Maria
5. Failures
But you might want to bump up the failures a bit higher on the list. ;)
😂 I think that’s a fair order to be honest! For me it probably went:
Ludwig
Laurence
Orphan
Maria
Failures
But I also understand in subsequent playthroughs on NG+ orphan and Maria would probably be a lot higher! I think I just got lucky!
THATS WHY HES THE GOAT
I should also get the dlc that 85% has been haunting me I have way to many games I’ve plated without doing the dlc
Definitely do it! I’m the exact same but I think for a dlc it’s so worth it!
Only game I platinum, It was worth it
But those Chalice Dungeons are the worst😅
Oh 100% the cursed and defiled dungeon still haunts me to this day!
Wrong…
The Kunters Axe is the best weapon.
I’ve platinumed them all and they aren’t worth it, honestly. If you can beat the game, that’s the challenge. Everything else is grind and missable quests.
Man I think I still have nightmares about grinding out the DS3 covenants!!
this is easy
ds3's platinum is waaaay harder, try farming those 'proof of the concord kept' for 5 hours just to get 1 or even none of them, that's hard.
Yeah I feel your pain I’ve already done it and they took so long! Those and the vertabrae shackles in the catacombs!!
@@UmamiGaming175 yeah, i love both games, but the platinum for ds3 was just straight up bad
@@UmamiGaming175 also, i forgot to say you did a great work in this vid, bloodborne is my favorite game of all time, it's always nice to see people experiencing it for the first time
Try Sekiro and Cry rsrs
I’ve platinumed sekiro and loved every second of it! One of my favourites!!
just saying bro, "Yargol" is Yahar'gul and "Rye-post" is Riposte
Thanks I’ll know that for the future!
Bet you’re well popular at parties boss
easiest platinum by far wtf u yapping about
😂 yeah fair enough
Bloodborne was my first in late 2020. I have a troubled relationship to it. I had to take like 2 years of breaks because I went in NG without doing the dlc and the difficulty increase traumatized me. I went back a year later, with the same build but more specific (hunter'stools and flamesprayer lmao), got stuck for months at Ludwig and stuck for another 6 months at Orphan before finally got it 100%. Thanks gods I had Sekiro In between Bloodborne and only had to wait like 7 months for Elden Ring. I did Bloodborne again recently with a dex build and realised I played the wrong way
Definitely it was very similar for me! Especially if it’s your first souls game bloodborne is very aggressive and also rewarding for playing aggressive so if you’re not used to it, it can be very hard! I feel dex is definitely the way to go as it’s very fast and you have to be in BB! Well done for finally finishing it tho congrats!!
