Looks delicious. I cook homemade cornbread all the time and also include chili with it sometimes. Question for you. I notice you use the sweetened milk and honey... How sweet is the cornbread?
Yessss i love to use the condensed milk because i noticed the bread is much more moist and it doesnt dry out at all, when i have left overs, as for the sweetness, Its sweet but no toooo sweets i think its enjoyable with the savory from the chili it just balances it out, hope that helps, i would use the same amount of condednsed milk as the amout of sugar you already use :)❤️
Looks delicious with chili over a corn muffin! However, it somehow made me think about how my Dad plated the chili over steamed rice with a grilled hot dog. Great recipe.
