Mine too! Music moves the soul! Look at how Busta's chest starts moving involuntarily when he holds that key and that beat starts rolling. It even scared him lol!!! He said "OOHHHHHH SHYT!" 😂
Timbo was beasting on the beats back then. I love the way Tim set up Busta on the keyboard. Creative on the spot moments like that in the studio are priceless.
i'm gonna agree wit that, not many producers can have that consistancy that Timbo has. He's got classics on top of classics, and his style just changes with time and gets better and better. He's one of the best
And just like that....MAGIC!! It's amazing how it comes together. He was playing around with the keyboard and timbaland just jumped right on it. See how fast he got off the couch?? lol
A YO!!! I love the energy when Bus stumbled across that beat 🤣🤣🤣Tim was in the back just watching, like move down one more key and run me my money 🤣🤣🤣✌🏿❤️
That piano sound was used in Pass that Dutch by Missy Elliot ft Busta Rhymes. I think that could be why Busta caught the vibe instantly. Busta is Legend!
I literally always wanted to do this. I love so much watching producers like timbaland or other giants making beats and having fun in the studio. I don't know you but i always loved watching these types of videos and seeing with my eyes how a producer can do his work. Maybe one day i'll be in a studio but this is really a big dream
It wasn't. That's just a video someone made by sampling what's in this low-res video and putting a Busta acapella over it. A portion of this beat ended up on a Xzibit "Hey Now (Mean Muggin') but it's so far removed from what it could have been. These elite beatmakers go through beats like breakfasts.
Timbo has an amazing music studio, but my beatmaking studio cost me nothing ...i want to know what beat making program is he using now? ...i ask you because i'm making my own music beats with only BTV program for free (if you need the program there is the download link on my profile) ...and after that my beats are uploaded directly on my youtube channel
William Seal ok well post the link then. Cuz every video on TH-cam is a looped verson of this video with old lyrics added. If he made a song out if this it should be a link somewhere.
in middle school i think its fair to say.......if u were making beats on fl and lacked inspiration coming to this video daily was a MUST..salu bus and timb
Busta Rhymes is most definetely the funniest rapper out there... His charisma and sense of humor stand out for sure. That was great how he came up with that beat. Did they turn it into an actual song??
This is one of my all time favourite videos on TH-cam.
+Matt McCormack I agree with you
Matt McCormack do you know what the song is called?
Same LOL 😂
@@StreetfighterU it's called Clap Off
Mine too! Music moves the soul! Look at how Busta's chest starts moving involuntarily when he holds that key and that beat starts rolling. It even scared him lol!!! He said "OOHHHHHH SHYT!" 😂
I've watched this maybe 100 times and I still love this moment.
I'm up to about maybe 3-400 and 10 years later and you're right, still love this moment.
Damn I thought I was the only one!! LOL
classic video
Same here
but still no song to this??
I died when buss said “You got all these machines on but there’s silence in the room it’s not fair” looooool
Busta has to be the best guy to have in the studio. Making everyone laugh and smile
He’s the same way at his concerts. He performed in my town once and roasted the whole crowd for not knowing Mariah Carey’s verse lol.
@@morganbrown392 hahaha legend
Creativity. Simplicity. Spontaneity. Busta and Timbo making magic.
I need a black cock inside me asap
Tim strategically placed that sound there because he knew Busta would press it...😂😂
its so long time ago does anyone knows the name of the song ? ^^
@@eddyc7500 I don’t know if Busta and Timbaland made an official song out of this beat. But search ‘Busta Rhymes - Clap Off’.
@@newyorick2907 they did make a song out of this beat I for got what it was though
@@chrisl471 it must have been good then? 🙄
@@newyorick2907 - "Enjoy" 🙄
Yeah, like you really did something.
And just like that a beat is made. It's great to see how things like this come together.
The way Busta sunk his neck into his shoulders while acting like Tim. LMAO!!!!!
This Clip will NEVER get old !!! EVER . 2019 and I still come back for this moment.
When bus found that key and started cheesing..... Classic!!
busta nice,
That's how you do it! Pure creativity--- THAT'S Hip-Hop! Peace to my man Busta! Strong Island, NY!!
His face when he stumbles on that key is priceless
yes it is... like it kid in a candy store
Burn that to a CD and lets go!

Damn that made me feel old right quick lol
@@sharondalewis1620 Think of burn as download it make you feel better.

This video gets me every time!!! The look of Busta when he press that key!!!
cable_the_a*son 💯 bro!! That part gets me every time 😩😂😭
I've watched this over the years repeatedly and i still love it. Raw talent and happiness
Such an iconic beat. I love seeing how Busta is doubting Timbaland and then he just jumps in and makes a hit right there. So sick.
Timbo literally just pulled a hit out of thin air #2up2down

Tommy Gordon that's how it used to be done, why is that funny?
Selfish Stockton u must be fun at parties
Selfish Stockton he saying the statement was funny goof ball
It's such a well captured session and every music producer's favorite studio moment caught on video.
This is why jam sessions are fun. It's a mix of let's see what happens and just wing it
In the studio, if you have NO connection and feel for the artist you will not get anywhere. Busta rhymes is a great guy to kid around with.
lmao busta is mad funny
this may be the greatest video ive ever seen
This is literally a video that NEVER gets old!! Idk how many times I watch it, it still makes me smile to see how shit comes together in the studio
you can create music with anything you can think you just need the passion and creativity ;-) i would've love to be there
and you know that if he would've said yes that is a stock sound a lot people would've been crazy tryna find that sample jejejee
He's known globally but will still be in the studio making a beat out of a plastic cup and pencils. Thats how you know this shit is his passion!
This has to be the most waited for songs ever!
look up clap off its this beat
This was Godly how he manifested his own beat in literally minutes

this such a classic video!!! I remember when this aired on MTV we went crazy!!!!
love the reaction of Busta Rhymes when he hits that key.
One of my favorite videos ever. The passion and just the boys hanging out is awesome.
This video pops up in my head random times throughout the year since I saw it the first time lol. CLASSIC
Busta been did this song. It's called "Clap Off" (for those who are looking for the finished song)

I love how spontaneous this is! 👏🏾👏🏾
Here after watching the 85 South show with busta as a guest.
I still remember the first time I saw this 17 years ago. I watch multiple times per year. Still fire!

Its that time of the year again when i come here to watch this. Couple of times.
Love these guys!!! Timba makes great beats & both are great rappers. Busta seems like he's a funny guy.

See, this is what real music is about. You just have fun with it- you don't have to be all serious about it. This right here is why I like Timbaland.
I was brought here by the 85 percent show and I'm smiling from ear to ear. This is a gem.
