    Man I have one of these I have used every single day almost and I cook on a gas stove. I never even used it in the oven. Roasts stew soup and my favorite stovetop braised ribs. 3 years later and it is my main cooking day if you get stains on the bottom just let it soak in a little vinegar and everything comes right up

    Staub enamel doesn't perform well on induction. I had a very expensive staub and the enamel were crackling like popcorn. I just bought the Staub glass lid and it fits my Le crueset perfectly.
