Three Amigos… Cole has really won me over in these past several blogs. He’s loosened up since the very first time we met him last year. Good vibes between the three of you. Keep it up.
little drag strip tip for the lights, when you do the standard psortmen lights as soon as the last yellow goes out hit the throttle it will allow you to smash throttle as it its turning green instead of waiting for it to go green then taking off without red lighting, so as soon as the last yellow goes out hit the throttle, not before the yellow as you will red light , but when the last yellow light goes out hit it
Once again, an excellent vlog with educational content thrown in from Allen. Much appreciate his knowledge and input on tuning. Think about being in a Tuning class with Allen as the instructor! Total involvement 💯%. Tire mounting and balancing is a bonus !! Thank you for sharing this experience!!
You should spray those brake pistons with brake cleaner and air before pushing them into the caliper bore. You don't want the brake dust to get past the piston seals.
Awesome content! To make life easier. You don’t have to remove the exhaust. If you remove the rear shocks you can skip the exhaust. Makes life a lot easier and faster. Then you just use the jack to raise or lower the bike to line up the axle. Keep up the great work!!!!
So funny to see your rear brakes. We can down 101 from the Bay Area to Born Free this year. We were in your neighborhood and I completely lost my back brakes. They were paper thin just like yours
Watched the “Ask me a question” with Lance and Cole from 12 years ago. Glad you guys are still friends and working together…….funny you guys have not changed that much.
When I was a teenager , every gas station had a bubble balancer in their shop. Spin balancers are supposed to do a static and a dynamic balance. The wheel can be off balance from side to side too . Obviously a car wheel spin balancer tells you which side of the wheel to put weight on and where on the wheel too .
Good video but I'm frankly surprised at the low numbers. What cam? I have a 114, Road Glide Special, Cam, KW 2-1, S&S Stealth AC, Power Vision tune. 123.56 HP / 134.02 TQ. The 134 tq hits at 3006 rpm and carries 130 tq to 4500. The 117 should be way higher than mine. Wish the the graph was in SAE and a 5th gear run. Mine was a 5th gear. Allen seems like a very cool guy.
Stage your bike so that the second stage light just comes on and go on the last yellow lite. Then check your reaction time. Your time will still show even if you red lite then adjust your start.
Keep us posted on the MPG Juan and Lance are getting! I've had some tuning concerns lately and got my cammed 107 retuned recently and I'm getting around 35mpg. I'd love to hear what Juan is getting!
Thrashin I love the video ❤❤❤ - Lance 117 CVO sounds great and looks beautiful I hope she will perform as she looks on Thursday- I’m betting my money on Juan dog this time 😊😊😊😮. Praying for all of you 3 thrashers.
muriatic acid for the concrete makes for less work for sure but it will turn it white so might had to do the whole thing just according of how much yep the pads r wore out for sure
Juan dude! when are you gonna make passenger peg mounts for baggers homie? I got all thrashin stuff all I'm missing is the mounts hahaha. Would be sick!! Alsoooooo black front brake reservoir caps!! You guys are the best! ❤
Both set of pipes hurt your numbers. 2-1-2 with baffles is the way to go. Just got 126/139 CR 483 cam with port/polished 55mm throttle body and 6.2 injectors. The right set of pipes and baffles are key to the better torque.
Time! We have a lot of projects in the works right now so it's hard to juggle focusing on so many products. Hopefully one day we can get one dialed in!

Hey boys, you said 31” multiple times on the CVO front wheel sure looks the same as my 21. I could be wrong. Either way love the videos and really dig the parts I’ve been able to afford so far for my 22’ SG.
I’ve been listening to Cole. He uses a lot of “our shop” in his talk the last few vlogs. Completely different from several years ago before your regular Vlogs w/Rusty Butcher and friends. So here’s the question.. Cole’s an entrepreneur like yourself, and he has money,, my guess is he’s partnered in at this point to Thrashin Supply Company. Am I right?
Hahah!!! We’re great at some things, good at some, and getting better at others. Haha but honestly have no shame. That’s why we share it. We are great at what we do.
@@THRASHIN not a bad tire I had one myself. Just curious if you had any special reason. Second question yet 30,000 on the CVO and replaced that rear cush and rotors. I have 30,000 on mine wondering if I should start thinking about that? Thoughts
Looking forward to the Kruesi collaboration👍🏻👍🏻
Hell yea 🤘🤘
Stoked to go hangout in AZ!
That’ll be best collab!!

Haha!!! So good
I'm looking forward to seeing you guys in Az bike week
Us too! Come say whats up!
I installed that alloy art cush drive and you can definitely feel the difference, the first time I hit my throttle i got thrown back.
Awesome vlog! Love the raw unedited footage kept in there. Hilarious!!😂
Beautiful sounding machine😊!!
It sure is!

Hahaha, we gotta put that on a shirt!

Cush drive replacement…excellent! I used the same one.
What’s the name of that product?
Stage your bike so that the second stage light just comes on and go on the last yellow lite. Then check your reaction time. Your time will still show even if you red lite then adjust your start.
For sure!!
Lance, thrown some 2024 bags on your CVO and a 2 into 1 the racing S&S is amazing as well as the Vance and Hines!!!
RB Racing black hole exhaust will also wake up the CVO !
Cool video guys.
Good to see Givin that CVO sum TLC.
SEE YOU GUYS OUT THERE AT ARIZONA BIKE WEEK...
BE SAFE..
Thanks! You too!

Glad you enjoyed!
What’s up the the burn out marks? Who complained?
Ya thats a Pussy move to have the burnout mark cleaned off that would be my last Tune at that place
They could be renting the shop?
You guys should CAM the Fabricators 114 Road Glide and compare all 3 bikes

Nice vid , I haven’t heard Mr softy music since I was a kid in Astoria 😂
When and where you guys going to az bike week? stoked to see you guys
This week! Peep our IG for updates on where we'll be!
According to the manual those pins are a one time use anyway I found this out because I did the same dang thing LOL

I would like to see a Vlog regarding the suspension u guys build in 🤘🏼
Noted!
Looks clean. Lance's CVO needs a carbon front st fender. It would look killer.
It would!
Juan needs to do a big bore kit next!
He already entered some cheat codes...
Epic 🙌🏽 Epic 🤘🏽Epic ‼️
Out of curiosity. How come you guys dont make pipes/ 2-1 for m8 baggers?
Time! We have a lot of projects in the works right now so it's hard to juggle focusing on so many products. Hopefully one day we can get one dialed in!
Let’s Gooo!🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮
I think that cvo st has a 30 tooth gear that’s why that front end wants to pop up and it’s lighter
Nice
You are correct! Jerry Branch of Branch Flowmetrics spoke about this simple modification many years ago. RIP 🏁🏍️🏁
Actions have consequences...No tacos but I got a chili rellano burrito to watch this...Get to the Strip!!!
Thursday!
What are the differences between the 117 in the CVO, the S/ST, and the new 2024 bagger?
What in the Red Neck Macgyver Noah's Ark hell is that balancer ??!! never seen one like that before . that's Wild !!
It worked though!
It's a bubble balancer. We all used them in the 60's, 70's 80's.
I think lance was playing the sleepy dog on the last drag episode, in anticipation of needing “upgrades” well played sir!!
Just wait 🔥

I have a simular set up i haven’t had it on a dyno yet bet from everything ive seen your numbers seem correct maybe his 2-2 pipes are the issue
is that a Thrashin crewneck i see???👀
Watching from N C , love the video, you guys rock
Awesome! Thank you for watching!
Woooohoooo 🇺🇸
I have to leave my F'ups in my videos because that's all I got...😂 Great video as always!
You and me both! Thanks for the love!

24:48 let us know if that green cush makes a difference
It's noticeable for sure!
What are the green things called I’m confused? Like what is the technical name
Alloy Art Cush Drive Dampener! It's designed to replace and outlast standard rubber cush drive and smoothen your ride
I love fueling but I bet if you put the S&S in any of your bikes you will be upwards of 120 hp and 126 torque, if not more
Maybe! But we're gonna rep Feuling till the grave...
Lance you're worth too much money to be risking those hands! thats what we got cole now for. LOL
Hahaha
Hey boys, you said 31” multiple times on the CVO front wheel sure looks the same as my 21.
I could be wrong. Either way love the videos and really dig the parts I’ve been able to afford so far for my 22’ SG.
Haha yea, it’s a joke. We joke like it’s a big wheel bagger
🔥
Good stuff

Ahahah aren’t we all. If only I could help out! Legit y’all are great at what you do, keep up the killer work 🤙

100% it was Gene that yelled at you for the burnout 🤣
Static balance is the way moto GP does it. It’s said to be the most accurate way to balance a tire.
Clean that skid mark……No time for tacos!🥲
Haha tacos will be back
LETS FKNG GOOOOOO
should have done a burnout in his shop this time
Nahhhh, Allan is the man! It wasn't him that was upset. He loves the shenanigans!
Hey just curious why the Dunlop elite tires.
No many make those tires sizes I think. But they work just fine for what we do anyways

drop some soap on the bead before you remove old tire - goes a long way .... great vid
