pnkfly greenfield I use 1/2 inch d rings that I bought from amazon. Most have a small gap on the straight side. If you use a needle nose pliers you can open the d ring from the inside just enough to slide it through the loop. Then use the pliers to close them. There are a lot of videos showing how to do it too. Good luck!

Available on Amazon, jujube's website and lots of other places. I made this specific strap and I unfortunately don't have anymore of the exact webbing.
