I can play the chords but am struggling the playing pattern of each chord. Can you please break it down?
Are the scores on some page? I just don't understand the timing of the chords.
Feel the pulse/beat the whole way through, the rhythms may change but the beat stays the same, every chord lasts for 4 beats. Count a slow 1-2-3-4 under each chord before changing to the next one. Hope this helps!
