Yeah I think SoC is best here - it gives us additional AOE and SoV would require much more active policing of tab targeting etc. - Might be useful for lower geared players to kill the Weaponsmith mobs a bit faster tho - haven't played around much with SoV on this solo run though.
As a protection paladin who soloes dungeons all the time: Yes. Without it (and the glyph of seal of command) you could get out of mana very quickly. Also, SoC doesn't kill single target as quickly as Seal of Vengeance, but it deals AoE damage and in general kills groups of mobs faster.
can this be done without hit rating or what is minimum?.. and what about the talent stoism to reduce stun early?? And we need 1 or 2 points in the divine plea talent :)?
Yeah @pushn ip is correct- when talented so long as you’re attacking an enemy your Divine Plea (25% mana every 15 seconds) gets refreshed so it essentially has 100% uptime in combat. You won’t have access to this spell until level 71 though. This along with your Blessing of Sanctuary (2% mana on all dodge blocks and parries) will keep you at full mana most of the time. The key is larger pulls of 5+ mobs - the more you block the more mana you gain back.
Totally viable at 70 - I have a video of the 70 version of this run on my channel as well. Its just the power boost you get at 71 is so massive it allows you to generate almost 200k more xp/hr (video here: th-cam.com/video/4nZpRqphKik/w-d-xo.html)
Haha yeah this video comes in at about 00:12:30 - but it varies a bit and have gotten it as low as 00:10:30 so with more practice 12/run shouldn’t be no problem for a geared prot pally
@@shinfo5206 i mean, technicaly cause of the ID system, if you make 5runs with 12min, you are stuck for 12min before your first ID are unlocked. Cause the 1h ID only start After the end of your run, so you need to make 15min run for never been Lock !

I tried this at 75 with questing gear and some dungeon blues and I get demolished by 3 mobs lol. Sucks to suck!
lol yeah it’s really not possible without high block value - a stat as rare as it gets with questing gear.

Has this been nerfed? Just wondering as I am thinking about playing Prot.
I suggest you remove the Divine Plea buff when you are going to heal with Holy Light and not suffer 50% heal reduction.
There is a damage reduction glyph for when Divine plea is being used
would be good to have an idea about what kind of geared is required to pull this off

What is constantly healing you for like 1k hp/s? Surely it's not just judgement of light? I feel like I'm lacking critical information.
Seal and judgement of light together do all the healing you need

Why do you stack so much hit tho? Seen ppl stack str and just not sure what i should go for.
Strength is better - I realized after the fact you really don’t need the hit as much.
What is replenishing your HP?
Judgment of Light and Seal of Light if you need a bit more healing

Hmm I think the aim is for 12min runs - since 12x5 = 60 I only ever hit lockout 2 times while running my tests

Yeah you certainly need some decent gear - but if you have a decent block value set it’s totally doable, it would just go a bit slower.
