We don't know yet what Gentle Criminal's Quirk is. He asked La Brava to edit out (or stop recording, I forgot) when Heroes got on the scene last time. When it resumes, we only see him exiting the building with the Heroes defeated.
I could be wrong but I think the tea thing is like a ritual for him. Like an athlete that does specific routines before a game. Also, Mineta is the fucking worst lmaooo

No its not, even in the manga he is saying he wants to see her in 10 years. There is no mistranslation here, if you listen he never once says hero here or allude to himself in the future either.
