Student Film: Marquette´s 1977 NCAA championship team at practice (music)

This student film captures Marquette´s NCAA 1977 championship team at regular practice. It was filmed 37 years ago in 1976, a year before the team won the NCAA tournament. Shot by Francisco Moreno (Speech 78), then a sophomore Venezuelan film student and avid "Warriors" fan, as the team was called. This 16mm film focuses on the team and coaches, including legendary Al McGuire, and then assistant coaches Hank Raymonds and Rick Majerus, in a relaxed setting going in advance of their exciting upset over North Carolina a year later. It was the work required for the Intermediate Film course. 3 minutes and 30 seconds. This version with music.
