10.-Almost every character from Gumball: they are mostly random, but can be too op sometimes (they can literally transform insults into physical damage, start a zombie virus because they get too happy, turn imagination into real things, stop time and make it go back or forward, there are shapeshifters, a trex, a killer robot, and they never seem to die) their biggest weakness is just being boring enough to be considered as failures, or just not having power because of the situation.
9.-White Diamond: i'm considering the version we know the most, the one from the original series, she controls other creatures, posseses an immense army, and her size is enormous, and the reason why she is so low, is because of how easy she was to defeat, and how the power she got after everything was literally the power to be possessed, not taking control of other people better or something, but being controlled.
8.-The lich: it greatly depends on the version, but he can either be too weak or too powerful, however, he never feels like a full on invincible character, he feels more like a galactic threat, and his average form is just dangerous, in adventure time the biggest danger that the lich has is that if he gets to a certain thing, he will be unstoppable, is he scary? Yes, definitively, but he is not that powerful.
7.-Him: he is literally the devil, and one of the most powerful versions of it, just saying his name makes weird things happen, he obviously is weaker than the Lich at full potential, but i'm counting average forms, and in that sense, he is definitively better.
6.-grim reaper: from billy and mandy, there isn't too much to say, he is the literal death, makes portals, takes souls from people, shoots beams, the basic definition of death.
5.-Uncle Grandpa: he literally controls reality every 5 seconds, is everywhere, knows everyone, not invincible but incredibly resistant, has a bag with unknown limits, your classic very OP reality warper.
4.-Glob: he is the embodiment of chaos and discord, he is never defeated, and the closest thing to a weakness is harmony, and it doesn't damage him or something, it just helps you free someone, Glob is just invincible and inmortal, however, his powers are never fully shown, and we can just get an idea about what can he do.
3.-Anti pops/Pops: both need to be ranked in the same place because as the series says, they are both equally powerful, their fights never reach a full disclosure, and everytime they just get a draw that resets the universe, they are light and darkness literally, but one is so powerful that he deletes things from the show itself.
2.-Black Hat: his whole point is being OP, he is seen defeating Anti-pops and pops in seconds, his whole canon is that he is indestructible, and has no known weaknesses, he has unlimited powers. teleporting, reality warping, extreme strength, scaring someone to the point of paralysis, shapeshifting, inhuman resistance, levitation, controlling media, enhanced vision, soul recollection, opening with his claws a portal to a soul place, etc... Those are just some of the things he casually does in his series, he is extremely powerful but i think that there would be one character with a chance to defeat him.
Alien X: even if he doesn't move, he seems to be invincible and indestructible, his whole weakness is to not get in an agreement with the voices inside, but if they do, he controls everything, and changes this to the point he considers best, he has no limits outside of the conflict he has with the personification of peace and anger.
