Dorothy I’m really loving this series and oh so anxious to see your thought process on creating some amazingly gorgeous LO’s. I may just have to try this on my own and see how it turns out. Thank you as always for sharing with us. 🩷
Good evening, Dorothy. Love the way you divided the papers up to create 5 possible double-page layouts. I need to start doing the same, so I’m not overwhelmed with so many papers and choosing which one to cut into first…always the hardest step. Not sure why that is, because I know I have plenty of paper and who will ever know if I mess it up. Looking forward to Friday’s video with photos! So glad you are sharing this Series now since I have plenty of summer / water type photos that need to be scrapped. Enjoy the rest of your week. Take care.
Thank you Cindy. I'm having so much fun with this series, and your kindness inspired me to do it. I've already starting creating with it and the steps I took in videos two and three have made it so easy. (Video 3 is scheduled for Friday March 8.) I hope it gives others a boost too. Have a wonderful week!
I love your process since I struggle with limiting myself. But dividing the collection into 2 categories and then into double page spreads is brilliant. I will be trying out this process!!! Thank you!
Thank you Ria. I have another storage idea that I made with baskets and bins from the Dollarstore. I quite like it too. There is a video in my "Everything Christmas" playlist called "Easy December Daily Organization". That may give you an idea. Have a great day!
Thank you! Yes, I'm usually quite productive. I have several approaches to scrapbooking and this is one of them. Probably my biggest secret for productivity is scrap lifting myself and making easy, multi photo complimentary pages. Today (Friday, April 12, 2024) my layout share for this series went live on this channel. In that video I talk about getting different results, using the same design. Have a great weekend!
This is such a good idea to break down your kit into usable page kits. I love it, and can’t wait to see your next step. What is the name of your desktop storage container that you got at Staples? Thank you, Dorothy. 😊
Good morning, this is my first video of yours and I love the way you explain things. Looks like I’ll be binging scrapbook Quebec channel 😁 you make reference to sketches and associated numbers. Where can I find this resource?
Welcome to my channel. I hope you enjoy it! I re-listened to this video and cannot find the reference to sketches and associated numbers. The only thing I can think of is in video 3 in this series, I made reference to page kits #1, 2, 3 etc. Aside from that, all my process videos are numbered. I fear I did not answer your question. If you could give me a time frame in the video where I mentioned this, I will do my bet to clarify. Sorry about this!
Love this series! What is the name of the organizer you purchased at Staples? I tried to search them online but the ones I found were mesh or plastic. Yours looks much sturdier.
Excited to see what you create. I love the real time process, even with the mumbling, which we all do!
Thanks so much!

Ditto!! So excited.
You are welcome Debi!
Thank you!
I really enjoy seeing your process, mumbling and all. 😊 I can’t wait to see what you create.
Thank you!

These colors are so bright. Delia departure from your normal colors. I love them.
Yes they are bright and I love them. It's a fun kit!
Really enjoyed watching your process of browsing through the paper. 😁
I'm so glad!
I actually liked the "mumbling" and thought it was useful to hear your process.
Great!
I am loving this series.

Thank you for sharing your process. Going to try and see how it goes.

Enjoy seeing your process. You make so many layouts each month, is this what allows you to accomplish so much? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Kim. I use this approach sometimes when I really want to "kill a kit." The desk top organizer is called a large desk top Poppin organizer.

Thank you! It's called a Poppin Large Desk Organizer.
I survived watching! Ha. Ha. I understand the need to purge, but it doesn't make it any easier.
I'm happy you survived! I hope you liked it! Thanks for watching!
