I deal with a lot of physical and mental health issues (MDD, PCOS, etc) so I watch this anytime I'm feeling icky and it always makes me feel alot better - especially because I usually end up not eating and getting alot of food-shame whenever I'm upset and overstimulated which can last all day - just the overall positivity makes me feel so safe and cheers me up 💕💕💕💕

This is for real so helpful. My dog is ill and I've had a week of poor sleep, crying, stress and worry. I really needed this.
I just came back from my doctor's appointment and feel like my eating disorder is killing me. I've never been so heavy in my life. My knees are in so much pain and because of my thyroid disease. It feels impossible to lose weight. And I just hate my realtionship with food. This is so sweet. Thanks for always having perfect timing Gibi!

i know how the ed part feels and that’s hard enough on its own without the thyroid issue as well. Your relationship with food can seem so impossible to mend sometimes but im sending you so much love and encouragement!! You deserve to eat and feel good within your body and i hope the days get easier for you :)

I had a bad day and right at the time when she said "I brought you a slurpee." I realized that is my favorite flavor and it just made my day better
