Love the sculptured value of the artichokes. Also the vert green. Giving the nod to vertigris within the copper vessel. Lovely Sarah. Artfully curated.
so: Word Art - Out! Dollar Tree - Out! Hello Fall..... Ya'LL - Out!.. Yay! Finally! normal, traditional and classy decor ... using natural elements, colors, and tones....Well Done!
I love your approach to seasonal decorating - you’ve brought the warmth and coziness of fall in with these thoughtful touches. Love them all but especially that acorn!
I love this for multiple reasons. You are bringing in the season while just giving it a nod really resonates with me. It feels like fall but it’s not in your face. The styling also doesn’t require a complete overhaul of what you have collected and use everyday (I’m not one whom likes to store my everyday collected items away for six months) you just tucked or switched items here and there.., boom and it’s fall. Lovely, sophisticated, and tastefully done. I am learning a lot from your edited styling.
Thank you for your advice. I’m trying to use nature as my guide. So at the end of the day, I’m not storing things but when all is done with the season I can just put it in the compost.
Great ideas for our seasonal decor, artistic and gentle! This over the top stuff, I know I am exhausted with. Thank you for your suggestions and always enjoy your videos, 👍❤️👍
These are very adult, sophisticated designs for fall. I usually don't like seasonal decor because it all feels so childlike and crafty. I like what you've done very much, especially the display unit with the bottles and acorns.
I appreciate your creativity and steering away from store bought “decorations”. The past two years I’ve found myself doing the same, and focusing on decorating with color, and sophisticated items that aren’t necessarily “holiday decorations”. I think I’ve taken my holiday styling to another level lately, and your videos help me to expand on my decorating thought process. Thank you so much!
You are my absolute favorite! Your style and approach speak to me! I’ve been a thrifter my whole life and I love decorating!! Thanks for making my day! Keep the videos and ideas coming 🥰❤️😍
It always makes my day when one of your video's pop up. Your style is always spot on, classy, artistic, clean, but with some unexpected eye candy. Your nod to a season is perfectly done. As much as I love pumpkins it does not need to be overkill, lol. I hope you do another fall inspired video, your ideas are great!
So glad to find your channel! Thank you for sharing your finds from garage sales and trift shops. ... also my favorite way to shop. Also love that you're using old finds to decorate.
Wow! You found a lot of beautiful treasures!!! I love the brown transferware plates!!! Your home exudes happiness, charm, sophistication, and comfort. I've always wanted a window seat because I had one growing up. Smiles, Sarah!
I’m still enjoying Summer. And this is a beautiful way to give Fall a nod as it slowly comes to life. Thank you for the inspiration. I love the amber bottles. I’ve been collecting them, as well. So pretty!
This is a great series. I've collected those brown little bottles but almost donated them because I thought they were "over". You reminded me that they still look so good for fall. Your transferware plates were a steal. Next time we are up there visiting our son, I'll have to get him to take me thrifting. I love transferware and use different colors for my seasonal decorating. I want to have baskets and bowls with pumpkins spilling out but it is not me. This nod to the season is much more pleasing. I love your home. It's so cozy.
Your work is so lovely. You created wonderful new things with your thrifted items. Andrea's artwork looks beautiful in the thrifted frame. I loved watching your tour of her stunning home.
Beautiful Sarah ! Love your bookcase the best…all the Ironware and brown bottles . Adore that Giant Acorn !!! Nice find. I never thought about glamming up the bottoms of all my acorns ! I have copper paint… my have to give it a try 🍁🍁 I use Andrea’s pictures in my home too. Such talent and what a beautiful baby boy she had ….💙💙💙💙 Perfect, classy ideas for AUTUMN DECOR…. I don’t do “Halloween” decor… so this is perfect!
Great video... I loved that you showed us your hall and how to style it. I sometimes get stuck when I find a great deal on a vintage fined. I would never have purchased the eggcorn... It's darling and it styled so nicely. ♥
LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this mainly because Fall is my FAVORITE time of year and also because I love brown transferware too...just can't ever find any . This was a very lovely video ....
Great inspiration ideas for fall. I do love the picture of the old lady and your gather sign. I also love etched pictures and have found some simple beautiful ones second hand of Victorian houses. I don’t think I will ever get bored of looking at them.
Hey Sarah! You are not only super talented, but also a very classy gal. It was really kind and "right on" of you to include Andrea's beautiful artwork. I'm sure she will be elated to see this. Thanks for this lovely lovely and inspirational video, as always. Love from Toronto. Xx
Hi Sarah! Happy to say I just discovered you on TH-cam. I love your concept in decorating for fall, minus the traditional orange colors. Love the beautiful mix of the fall related colors and different vignettes using the beautiful thrifted pieces. So beautiful!!
love it! i save my brown bottles too!! i like the way you think "Out of the box" and are thrift conscious. by the way, that green blouse looks dynamite on you!
Beautiful! When you were describing your plans, I was doubtful that it would be fall enough, but it turned out beautiful and very season appropriate! 😀
OMG! Just today, I noticed my empty Bourbon vanilla bottle was brown so.... you got it. I SAVED It ! Boiled the label off ! I love everything you thrifted, but was not crazy about the green artichokes. I think moss would look nice with pods, pinecones.
Beautiful. I really love your style. Where I live there are virtually no yard sales and Goodwill is so expensive and very hit or miss. I still am able to find things I love on occasion. I enjoy your thrift videos. Thank you for sharing!
I'm glad you're able to find things at least some of the time! Sometimes I strike out here, too, but I go often enough that as an average I'm able to get some great things!
I'm always inspired with your videos. Great tips too. I have always named my old pictures, you should name your lady picture " Luchia" it's the name that the sea captain gave to Lucy in the old movie, "The Ghost and Mrs.Muir." It's a classic.
If you all don't have thrift shops, do people in your country keep what they use for a very long time? I heard that people in Europe are more minimalists than here in the US which is a good thing. The amount of stuff that being dropped off at thrift shops is sickening sometimes bc people change their styles too often due to the new trends coming from big stores.
What lovely ideas you have and all very subtle. I like it better than the trend for big orange pumpkins and black&white checks! I'm in the UK and in general people don't seem to change things up for the season. But I change cushions, lampshades etc in seasonally appropriate colours. I also have small fabric pumpkins that I make myself in colours that go with the decor. Thanks for another great video :)
What sticks out with your seasonal style is you let the items vocalize the season without being too forward, it’s nice to take a break from too much seasonal holiday decor.
Just came across your channel. I love your subtle touches of fall . I’m not yet ready to let summer go but when I do, I’m going to try your natural approach. We have a country home, so country is my heart, way before farmhouse became a thing. As farmhouse turns into cottage core, I’m glad I never invested in the mass produced signs and decor. Thankyou for showing a different softer approach to fall decorating.Alice in 🇨🇦
Hi Sarah, I found your channel because I subscribe to Andrea’s channel. I can’t get enough of your videos, I binge watch when I can! We are totally redoing our entire house, so I need plenty of inspiration. It was built in 1985 & has never been updated, think mauve bathroom 😳 Thank you for all of the wonderful videos!
You certainly have great thrift stores in your area. I love the brown transferware plates and the acorn. Beautiful treasures... I have a 3 plate wrought iron plate hanger that I could use to display fall plates; never thought about it before, so, thank you.
I love your decorating for fall. I really try to extend summer for the longest time but will consider these colors for fall in October/November Thank you for sharing 🤍💚
Everything looks so beautiful and a lot of beautiful character to the shelving I’ve collected brown bottles myself so I just take them and sometimes I leave them like you did plain or sometimes I put a little sprig of some thingBut you did a great job on thrifty sometimes I can visualize something and sometimes I let it go but great job and the pillows look beautiful as well you have a blessed day
I love thrifted decorations. I'm tired seeing fall and Christmas video hauls and the homes look like you're walking into a Hobby Lobby, Target, or Home Goods. Thrifted items are just so unique. I currently have the big urge to go thrifting but I have to stop myself bc we're in the process of moving 😞
Everything looks really pretty, without screaming traditional fall🍂❤️
Love the sculptured value of the artichokes. Also the vert green. Giving the nod to vertigris within the copper vessel. Lovely Sarah. Artfully curated.
Verdigris I think.
I really like your very subdued style of decorating. It makes me feel relaxed and peaceful. 😎
I'm so glad!

Sarah, This Fall Inspired Decor Is Simply Lovely.
Thank you, Rosa!
Your shelves look gorgeous! Great balance of color and texture; the theme is there but doesn't overwhelm; and the gilded acorns are the perfect touch.
I’m always thrilled when I see a new video of yours pop up, Sarah! Everything looks amazing, as always. 🍂🧡
Love the way you used all your thrifted items, great look!!
Love your style! What great thrift store finds and at great prices! Everything was so beautiful!
So love this Fall episode. So nice to not have everything come from a big box store. Well done!
Thank you, Nancy!
Thank you for being different. I like painting with chalk paint, etc. but you change the whole game. You style is refreshing.
Thank you so much!
I always LOVE your style. I just want to go and sit there and just have tea or coffee. My kind of decor 🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Simply beautiful

I’m still enjoying Summer. And this is a beautiful way to give Fall a nod as it slowly comes to life. Thank you for the inspiration. I love the amber bottles. I’ve been collecting them, as well. So pretty!
Yes, aren't they just lovely! I especially loved seeing them all grouped together! A great impact for such simple items.
I'm so done with the fall in your face approach (hobby lobby) Ugg. thank you! Beautiful!
Thank you, Brenda! I'm glad this inspired you for a new look that you're after!

Thank you, Carmen! Andrea and I are good friends, it's an honor to get to display her beautiful work in my home! :)
Great tips - my favorite is to save the brown bottles from the grocery store. I'll definitely be looking for copper, etc. when thrift shopping.
Nice! I love how subtle your decorations but they still convey the season.
Loved your ideas on fall decor. Thank you.
Beautiful! Excellent taste! Enjoyed this video very much.
I love acorns! Your bookcase is amazing. I have never found faux oak leaves, but would love to. I'm inspired.
I want that sweet little pine cone dish!!

Love it when it works out that way!
Very pretty!
OMG! Just today, I noticed my empty Bourbon vanilla bottle was brown so.... you got it. I SAVED It ! Boiled the label off ! I love everything you thrifted, but was not crazy about the green artichokes. I think moss would look nice with pods, pinecones.
Awesome, as usual.
Hi Sarah 😊. Love the lumbar pillow you found, the copper items and the brown transfer ware. Beautiful home, thank you for sharing 😊❤️
Thanks so much! 😊
I love the acorn and I love woodsy things
Really pretty. One can have too much of pumpkins and Halloween stuff, I prefer a classic fall look, without too many frills, like you have here.
Such great and beautiful finds 💕
Beautiful. I really love your style. Where I live there are virtually no yard sales and Goodwill is so expensive and very hit or miss. I still am able to find things I love on occasion. I enjoy your thrift videos. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the idea, Susan! :) I love that you make it a habit of naming your old pictures!
Love the wooden acorn and your whole acorn theme!
Thank you! I love how it turned out!
I love your channel, I wish we could have thrift shops in Italy too. I like your style it is very unique. Lots of grreting from sunny Tuscany.

Yes, ma’am, the brown transfer ware is so hard to find. I’ve got a lot of time between now and fall so fingers crossed, lol. ❤️
This was the topic I have been looking for ! I wanted ideas to style thrifted items for the fall! 🍁
Perfect! Glad it was what you were looking for!

Very pretty Sarah ❤️
Buying all the signs and Halloween decor at Michael’s and Hobby Lobby is SO cheezy IMO. ☺️
Yes
It works for some people, and that's OK! Everyone has difference preferences and different stages of life/different priorities! :)
