Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments. Everyone should have BTC in their portfolio

It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Robert! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Robert Williams Owen.

This is a good one. Dick Van Dyke wrote a book on aging, called, "Keep Moving," and it is really good. The way he put it, because people are living longer, our 60s are sort of the "launching pad" for entering our old age, and we have to keep busy with good things.

I recently retired, and we purchased a treadmill. We live in a rural area in Canada, so walking outside in the winter is a challenge. The treadmill also has a screen, so I can stream films or watch TH-cam. I try to do this daily. Great video and advice!

What you say is absolutely correct. I was physically inactive a few years ago and my health deteriorated. I couldn't walk long distances and I put on weight. Two years ago I started a physical job for two days a week and my health and general well-being improved dramatically. Now I can walk for miles without discomfort and I've lost a lot of weight. Younger people don't need to do this to stay robust but when you get older its imperative.

HI Joe, Totally agree with you and I know from experience. My Grandmother retired at 70, And she was doing well because she was keeping busy, Her daughter lived with her and her daughter kept telling her, You can't do that anymore, or this anymore, and what happened is she because a couch potato, and that is the worst thing in the world, when you just sit in front of the TV day and Night, and I saw her slowly and slowly decline, day after day. You have to keep busy. The human body is not a machine, You have to keep going, and keep active.

Hey Joe, I didn’t know you were a mail carrier. Me too. I’m retiring next month after 34 years. Not a walking route but I definitely get a lot of steps in daily that I know I’m going to have to keep up in the retirement. I’m in California. I’m not sure if you’re in NY (I think we spoke in the 80s outside Radio City where Macca was doing press for Press To Play) but i know you’ve posted about being in a cold area. I have no idea how the carriers in the cold climate areas do it so respect to you there. Also, I’m in the pre diabetic range so definitely have to control the sugar. Good advice. Mike

Exactly, aside from trying your best to eat healthier, you have to keep active & have hobbies to keep your body & mind fit. The life expectancy of people living in western countries is 81 to 83. Anything more is likely because you are mentally & physically active or you have little or no health problems.

Being older we have to adjust. Yes i agree with you on sugar. I suggest it ruins sleep if eaten late in the day. I also suggest excess sugar leads to anxiety! . My best solution is stop eating sugar, and all food from 6pm to next day breakfast. That allows your body to fully digest, and get set up for the next day.

I used to love walking for pleasure. Fast walking. Hiking in the woods. Now that arthritis is my constant companion, especially in my left knee, it's more of a struggle than a pleasure. I hate it. Lousy attitude, I know. I do get out there and try, but I can get depressed and lose motivation very easily. And I spend way too much time sitting on my dead ass in front of this computer. In some ways, this computer lifestyle is the worst thing that ever happened to me.
