Brilliant film, very well done. I'm British and had never heard about the murders before but the way you went through the story systematically made it easy to follow. My 19 year old brother was murdered in 1972, when I was just 15 and the killers were never caught so My heart goes out to the families and I understand the need to keep fighting for justice. The chance of two teens smoking 20 joints and then falling asleep on train tracks is slim to none. The fact pattern should have pointed towards murder.
Corruption was obviously a key factor in this investigation. There is no way the police wouldn't have treated this like a murder unless they were told not to.

I don't even think Snoop Dogg can sit and smoke 20 fucking joints in one day. Maybe, but you're not kidding. That's about as big a load of bullshit as steel towers collapsing due to fire. Any sort of fire. But that's okay, we just let it go and watch a movie about it. What can we do?

    • @danfield6030

Stephen 1982 ......lots of people smoke 20 joints alone .....but these are very small joints of super powerfully weed .......it's not like alcohol ...you cannot "black out" and you are aware of every dicision you make. This is pot NOT ruffies. Come to Canada and meet lots of people who smoke 10-20 joints a day. It's common .....at least 1 in 100 pot smokers does this. So that's hundreds of thousands of people in Canada. But nobody has a nap on the traintracks.

Smoking 20 joints in a single day is something that people who're addicted to smoking weed and thus long time weed smokers, do. They have to stay stone-faced the whole damn day, that's why they do it. It seems rather unlikely that 2 teens would smoke that much just to get high.

So many people refuse to believe things like this can happen because "they couldn't keep it secret; people would speak up etc". She learned the hard way what happens to those who do that and therefore why it's so difficult to unravel these things when high level, powerful people are involved. But she persevered in spite of that at danger to her life. She is a heroine in this story and I'm sure you are proud to know her.

My mother's family lived mostly in Yell County, Arkansas since the mid-1800's after moving West from Tennessee. I have to say that their experiences with law enforcement, albeit on a lower level, were much the same. My uncle was killed by gun shot in Havana and his body was also placed on the train tracks that ran through the town at that time. When the deputy was contacted, he told my uncle's brother to go home and forget about it. Other relatives were also murdered through the years and there was never any investigation. A large number of the people in the state are evangelicals going back to the Holy Rollers years ago, but justice is not generally expected and rarely found.

But I HAVE to comment on your comment.
I was in my late 20s when this happened. So I was a "child of the 70s."
I remember my Mom was visiting my house and we were talking about this. It had just happened, so the "stoned" story was all we had. I was saying that something was OFF and some kind of BS was going on. My dear sweet Mother said, "Now honey, keep in mind these boys were on the pot! They may have had a trip and didn't know it was a real train coming at them! We just don't know..."

Another thing about this case a lot of people don't know today is....
Dan Harmon was later arrested several times for drugs, kidnapping and extortion.
Jay Campbell was also arrested several times.
And good old Kirk Lane has been promoted up the latter several times and is currently the DRUG CZAR in the city of Benton Arkansas.( 2020 )
And still no justice for Linda Ives after 3 of the 4 main local characters involved went to prison. (Sharlene Wilson also was arrested several times )
    Shoulda been reopened.
There was credible evidence & a written confession by Sharlene Wilson stating she was forced to stab one of the kids, but claimed he was already dead.
All evidence was suppressed & witnesses killed.

Tracey Inman ...fuck prayers. these kids need actual HELP......only humans can help these kids .....the laws of the cosmos were set up long before humans evolved .....god cannot change these laws of nature. God can't intervene. That's an immature idea. If god set up the laws of this cosmos then it was in the beginning. If God changed these laws in this cosmos the whole cosmos would be destroyed. It would crumble and crash and go into non existence. If god helps these kids , then he would destroy the whole of creation. It's impossible. You can't just remove something or add something .. So leave god alone. She/It is sleeping. Her/ Its work is done....finished.

I like that chart at the end by the way, where it shows the pics and names of the key figures and says "KILLED". I'd like to see one like that made for the JFK assassination and for 9/11. It really illustrates to those who for some reason just can't see it how many people who knew something, witnessed something or were stirring up things end up dead. When you see the faces and can count the numbers and how they connect, it can be a powerful visual. People don't get bumped off if the official govt. story is the truth. Would also be good to see what would be an extensive Clinton poster as well as a Bush one. I don't know, I think Clinton may have more but maybe he just wasn't as slick as he thought and old Georgie was pretty sly in his own right. I despise these two crime families.

    • @carnageonice3862
      @carnageonice3862  7 ปีที่แล้ว +21

The charts help see some context...Plus... why are there so many classified documents about the Boys, relating to National Security, if there's nothing more to their murders, than Murder itself???
You're on the right track... though the Bush-Family "body count" is substantially higher than the Clintons' "body count"... however, the count-of-the-dead of those who 'personally' knew either "Family" may be comparable, but when you factor in the wars etc, initiated with a Bush either leading the way, or highly involved, the "body count" associated with the Bush-Family's strokes of a pen, climbs into the Millions... I could cite the second Iraq Invasion of 2003 for one example(which actually hits close to a million on it's own), BUT for an even more direct link to the subject material involving the "Murder On The Tracks" video above(not directly linked, or mentioned though mind you) I highly recommend you watch "The Panama Deception"
The Panama Deception came out in July 1992, and won the Academy Award for Best Documentary.
It is narrated by Elizabeth Montgomery of "Bewitched" fame(played Samantha)
A camera crew just happened to go into Panama the night of the invasion on Dec 20, 1989, and the stuff they documented is unbelievable!
In my youth, I used to think the "Invasion of Panama" was just some small thing... like how they portrayed the Grenada Invasion in the movie "Heartbreak Ridge" with Clint Eastwood... You know, just some small minor skirmish.
      But not even close!
"The Panama Deception" shows the Invasion of Panama for what it truly was... Nothing short of a Nazi-style Blitzkrieg against an unsuspecting, very under-defended, and extremely poor population, at 1:00a.m. in the morning, just before Christmas!
Have a look at all the civilian cars that were run over by tanks... with the civilians still inside!!!
War-crimes are aplenty, and well documented, but Congress, and the U.S. MSM fully endorsed the "Official" version in which only a few hundred civilians died... Quite the BS... Hell, there's likely enough video evidence of more than just the "few hundred" dead civilians in the movie's footage alone, what with the mass-graves and whatnot.
Anyways, I say it ties into to Don and Kevin's story, because once you actually dig through all the layers of governmental BS, the common factor that ties them together is the Iran/Contra/Cocaine scandal.
Kevin and Don were killed because of the drug smuggling drops and routes first set up by Barry Seal, and still in use after his murder(another set up not ordered by who the "Official" story says ordered the "hit"), and these routes were part of the Iran/Contra set up, which also included transfers in Panama under Noriega.
For decades, before the indictments against Noriega in Florida in 1988, Noriega was a "good guy" and literally on the payroll of the CIA.
**I suspect*** he became the fall-guy as a way for the government to explain how the crack-cocaine explosion happened across the U.S. in the 1980's... Which is the BIGGEST scandal NOT talked about "Officially' in the Iran/Contra scandal.
The timing was perfect... right when the Iran/Contra scandal was making headlines, leading to the televised hearing of Oliver North in 1987, Noriega was boasting nationally and publicly, about Panama, and the other Central American countries ending generations-long U.S. dominance of economics etc in the region.
What a great way to pass the buck along pertaining to the crack-cocaine epidemic.
Don't forget, Reagan first went on TV in 1986, with pictures taken by Barry Seal, and blamed the Sandinistas for the drug smuggling.
It wasn't the Sandinistas at all, it was in fact the cartels and the Contra leaders, with the help of the CIA, Barry Seal, etc, and it involved not only pick-up and drop-off spots in Panama, but also Costa Rica, El Salvador, Columbia, and more... Everywhere BUT where the Sandinistas dealt.
Hell for all we know, that drug drop that Kevin and Don stumbled across and were killed for, may have in fact originated in Panama... You never know... and likely, we never will know.
But in the overall picture, sadly, the Boys' fate lay in among'st the wreckage wrought by the Iran/Contra/Cocaine scandal.
Here is a link to The Panama Deception...
      th-cam.com/video/Zo6yVNWcGCo/w-d-xo.html
The reasons given by Bush kept shifting... To bring Democracy back to Panama(LOL!)... to safeguard the lives of American citizens living in Panama(who were put in more danger by the actions of Bush more than anything)... to remove a drug-smuggling dictator from power(which Bush would certainly know all about that).
But all that Carnage and death of innocents... just to get one man.
Saddam... another one on the CIA payroll, would be up next...

    • @msvick66
      @msvick66 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

I shall watch that as soon as I get the time. You are teaching me a lot. Thank you for elaborating on these issues. I recall the Panama/Noriega/North/Iran Contra affair, but only from what I heard on the "news" at the time. I was young and frankly not interested in such things. But in later years I have had a major wake up call to the reality of the political system and what a cesspool of corruption it all is, not just here, but internationally. It stands to reason that drugs would be involved in the affair, not just arms. It boggles the mind that people really believe that ordinary criminals, even sophisticated and organized outfits, could actually traffic the vast amount of drugs into the country without the assistance of law enforcement and high level insiders. How quickly people have forgotten that J. Edgar Hoover emphatically denied that the Mafia or organized crime existed at all! That was just a silly conspiracy theory I suppose. Was it Sam Giancana who famously stated that the CIA and the Mafia were just two sides of the same coin?

    • @carnageonice3862
      @carnageonice3862  7 ปีที่แล้ว +26

Without writing a book, I will tell you this... Your "wake up call" will keep getting louder and LOUDER, the more you dig deep into things...
Here's a hint though... to help keep perspective... I stay away from Alex Jones-type stuff etc... not to say he's wrong on everything, but he's ruined his reputation with too many zany things he's endorsed IMO...
I try to dig through Congressional records, Court Documents, Intel Docs(redacted or otherwise), news-reports... sort of pretty much in that order... and keep in mind, which I'm sure you know, the "News" is very much a bought and paid for thing nowadays among the MSM, across the board... The further back you go, the more reliable, and less biased they were.
The damned "rabbit hole" is real, and it's pretty damned BIG! ;)

I used to watch Jones but I don't anymore. My favorite researcher is probably James Corbett. I also really like the late Dave McGowan. Some of his topics are very interesting to me, particularly the Laurel Canyon stuff and even the Programmed To Kill book. Don't know how much of that is true, but I think it's extremely interesting that the govt/military had a top secret movie studio back at Laurel Canyon years ago. I also like some of David Icke's work--not the reptilian stuff or any of that, but the practical information regarding banking and the manufactured wars seems legit. A lot of people say Icke and Jones are gatekeepers. I really don't know for sure. I just try to be cautious and try to filter out the wacky stuff and find the actual credible information they give.
That documentary How Big Oil Conquered the World that Corbett did is one of favorites. I like that he is articulate and comes across calm and credible. Now yours is on my list of favorites too. I have watched it twice now. Another doc I really like is Cancer: The Forbidden Cures. That is basically what woke me up as I am battling cancer. You might say it was the first domino to fall.

This was 1 of the most interesting documentary I have ever seen and would like to thank the creator for having the ball's to attack this case and help exploit political figures who were directly or indirectly involved in a cover up at least, great job.

Garret is the guy that was on Unsolved Mysteries, wasn't he, interviewed by Robert Stack? He reminds me of Ken Kratz in the Avery case. True Crime Garage just did a fantastic 4 part episode on this (podcast), so that made me look and find this. I remember the case from UM. This is a great presentation and it is helpful to see the pics of the real players involved in this.
