I would really like to see a video on your focusing setup on the R8. Having just switched from another system to the R8, I’ve been looking for tips to shoot sports action with good tracking. Your wildlife shooting techniques come about as close as anything I’ve seen, with the exception that I need to choose my subject from a group.
Nice video, I love my R8, I have had dslr”s since 2012 and have never had ibis and never felt the need for it. The R8 is packed with great features and is a true bargain.. there are some who say that in lens stabilization actually works better!
It’s a great camera. I’ve been through several and none of them have felt like a big upgrade except when I got the 6d. This again feels like a true upgrade. I have never had ibis either.

Funny you say that. I have one in the works. I’ve already created the thumbnail. I’m hoping to have it out next week, if things go as planned.
