As you can see from the video, they don't have lockers but shelves only, so we believe you can take your backpack in, but whether you can get a shelf or not depends on your luck! Always keep the valuables with you!!

Some areas/seats have minimum expenses, but some don't! You better check with the staff when you reach there as rules can be changed anytime!!

That would work, but the restaurant would be on a different floor/area away from the swimming pool!
