This!!! Those same few songs have been circulating TH-cam for at least the last few years. I was thinking I was the only one that bah humbugged every time one of those songs came on. 😂. I love the peaceful, relaxing music. ❤️

I dried a lot of hydrangeas and I chose a khaki gold colored velvet ribbon for my decorating theme. I have a lot of gold and warm tones in my living room so I think this will work! I bought the battery candles with the flickering flame this year, they are so beautiful and the remote control is awesome!! The create a really cozy atmosphere!

I’m so sorry to hear about your husbands illness. I can relate , my husbsnd was dx in 12/17/07 with ALS . It was so hard to be given that news the week before Christmas with young children . We’ve learned to appreciate every moment and create beautiful memories to comfort our souls ❤️ God bless you during this season of hope ❤️🙏

Thanks for this video, as I sit in my craftroom creating my 2022 Christmas Tags. I think this year I want calmness, so I've decided on gold, creams, lots of texture, burlap and greens of course. I'm starting over with ornaments so this will be fun.

Amy thanks for sharing! The spirit of my house is the one that chooses the color to decorate for Christmas. It's unbelievable how it lets me know, I've been in my house for over 20 years and have tried everything to decorate for Christmas, but it never felt right until I started only doing red and fresh greens that I cut up from my woods. We have a lot of evergreen trees and I make my own garlands and wreaths. I have a simple New England cape style house built in 1856, and I never felt right with the colors I was choosing until one day I simply asked out loud, what color do you want house? And I started painting it all white inside and kept it very simple. The house felt peaceful, calm and simply let me know that it was a humble house from the time it was built and I didn't need to fuss so much to make it a happy home. So, I kept it all white inside and I have to tell you at Christmas time is the best and more beautiful time it looks. I feel the happiest in my house ever since I did that. 🏡
