Sir , I am developing my own PLC now. I have Already Designed and tested my prototype for botth software and hardware for Digital Input Digital Output , PT100 8 channel , 4-20 Analog Input 8 Chanel . Just yesterday Finished Incremental Encoder. The Work Pending is 4-20 Analog Out and The CPU. For CPU i have already prototyped my PCB for RS485 and Ethernet using Wiznet W5100. Making Box / Casing seems very high cost due to cost of Die and Injection Molding Machine cost......But hopefully i would come in a price i can afford. Thanks For for This Video Again...

Mi friend..greetings from México! Mitchell equipment Is important BUT NOT NECESARY if you know how Is the behavior of each type of encoder...there are some circuits home-made like this video that make easy the understanding of them...

I use NI My daq as oscillôscope. please help me. the data +- and clock +- of encoder must conect to Transceiver RS 422. can i use am26ls32 to conect wire data and clock with port analog of ni daQ?????. Plz help me. I'm form Viet Nam and I try to study absolute encoder. Thank you!!!!
I looked at a datasheet for a Pepprl&Fuchs SSI Absolute Encoder, Model AWS58. Its data transfer rate is 100kBit/s to 2MBit/s. So yes the AM26LS31 and AM26LS32 will work for the digital part.
