Decisions like the one in the game Germany vs Denmark is a disgrace to football, it ruins the game for everyone, except from the people in the VAR room. I dont have any thing against that my national team looses a game, if it is in an honest way. This was either honest or true football.
The penalty was unlucky, for sure but offside is offside. Danmark made a bad game, Germany played a lot better. You can't say the won undeserved.
Its funny that he didn't meantion that Serbia didnt get a VAR penalty in the last minute when Jacob Mæhle took down Mitrovics shoulder/arm/shirt in the penalty area in Denmarks last group game against Serbia in München.

It was 2-0 bro, even without the pen they would've won 1-0. Off with the danish glasses and see the real world for a second :) Denmark sucks and has sucked since 92. They didn't win a single game this tournament with Slovenia and Serbia in their group. It's embarrassing.

Hjulmand har helt ret - frustrerende! Ikke at vi taber - fordi tyskerne var stærkere i det meste af kampen. Men måden det sker på er ret så kedelig og også ret uforståelig!

Hvis Mæhles handling mod Mitrovic var blevet set af dommeren i tirsdags i München var vi røget ud. Mæhle rev Mitrovic ned i feltet i sidste minut i tillægstiden og det så VAR lige med det samme og dommeren valgte grundet meget mærkeligt og helt uforståeligt at overse det klare bevis fra VAR som var et helt klokkeklart og retfærdigt straffespark mod Mitrovic og Ssrbien og et gult kort til Mæhle i den situation. Ved godt at Mitrovic har en tendens til at falde for let nogle gange i straffesparksfeltet men der gjorde han ikke i den situationen med Mæhle. Serbien havde alt mulig grund til at føle sig snydt i den pågældende situation. Den manglende og afgørende dom var en af de allerstørste fejltagelser ved EM indtil nu syntes jeg. Den meget afgørende fejltagelse snød Serbien for en plads videre i EM på bekostning af Danmark. Tyskland skulle reelt have spillet mod Serbien og ikke Danmark. Kampen skulle have endt 0-1 til Serbien hvis den situation med Mæhle retfærdigvis var blevet dømt.
Lige præcis, for det efterlader os tilskuere lidt måbende, forvirrede og trætte, fordi man ikke har de grundlæggnde regler for VAR helt på plads. Dommeren kunne jo have valgt IKKe at dømme straffe. Men der har VAR rummet nok større autoritet.

@@karlhg9786 Do you know what a press conference is? The first journalist asked him to take them through the 2 calls (off-side and penalty) and he did. He never complained, he explained, there's a difference.
Kan man i teorien, nu sparke efter arme/hænder i straffesparks feltet, og dermed bevidst gå efter straffe???

Swedish or English subtitles please. It's a bit weird, you meassure some points of the game with minimal, and some other very widely. I think offside is okey with VAR, maybe make some tollerance with 10-20 centimeters or something because how do you meassure it exactly and can it even be done? - Is it when the ball leaves the foot? How close is it possible to meassure? - Lower than one millimeter? But the hand ball rule is so freaking STUPID, are the players supposed to run with their hands behhind their backs? You don't take into count: Was it on purpose? How much did the ball when touching hand effect the ball's speed and direction, are they worthy a penalty for that? VAR is good to see offside and if ball is over goal line. But you also have this handball rule where VAR will find good freekick oportunity or penalty in allmost all games if measuring like this - specially on corners. And I don't think it was good idea to remove the rule you have to be outside penalty area when goal kick is taken - it was more difficult and more fun - the attacking team forced other team to goalkick and got rewarded. This very stupid hand ball rule has to go away, it ruined Denmark Euro 24.
I don't think VAR is the problem, but the rules. VAR is good to make sure no wrong calls are being made no matter what the call is about. But what happened to the rule that says if the arm/hand is in a natural position, it's not a foul? As Joachim Andersen said, that would never have been called in Premier League because the rules are different. Make universal rules that aren't stupid and problem's solved. How can such a situation be called for hand ball when the ball is kicked directly into his hand in a natural position at 1 meters where if we have to continue, 4 defenders are in the box and only 1 attacker. The whole situation was barely dangerous and they get a penalty for it.
@@prxarn6167 Joachim Andersen was not right about that. The same handball situation has been called a number of times this season in the Premier League. But you´re right. The rules are ridiculous.

annoying with that commentator - cant hear half of what is being said, and not translated 100%, just word for word as good you can in the time. Next put subs on instead for it, instead of over the original sound, not a pleasent experience.
