Don't get me wrong, i know im incredibly lucky to live in such an amazingly beautiful county (Scotland) but i can't help but feel jealous when i see videos like this! Btw i LOVE the sound of rough seas, i grew up literally 3mins away from the coast, i don't think there was a day that would go by that i wasn't down the beach exploring the rock pools or just sitting in the sand relaxing, i would even go down on Christmas day! I could hear the stormy seas from my house. Sound of the waves always makes me feel so nostalgic & at peace.
That’s so cool! My girlfriend Taylor just found out she’s Scottish via a DNA test so we’re thinking about visiting the country this year, any advice would be welcomed. -Cole 🤠
@@WildlifeCommandCenter that's awesome, the best people in the world are Scottish!🤣🤣🤣 The highlands are a must, the scenery is outstanding (of course I may be biased lol) the east coast is stunning with a great chance of seeing whales & dolphins. Loch Ness is a must, yes Nessie is real & if you're lucky she will make an appearance!🤣 Old town Edinburgh is great if you're into the historic side of things, along with the castle of course. Small towns are well worth a visit along with the more popular locations. We have the best seafood. Us Scots are really proud of our stunning wee country & love every opportunity to brag about it so please don't be afraid to stop us in the streets to ask us for recommendations for restaurants/cafes/hotels etc. & also for different places to visit. If you're able to, i recommend that you stay for at least 4weeks because that will give you plenty opportunity to travel to different locations & hopefully explore the more remote places/islands.

Garter snake smell, you mean the nasty stuff they push out of their cloaca? As a kid, I'd bring one in the house to show my mom, after it let out the stinky stuff. Guess she wasn't impressed. I think octopus would be an improvement. 😆

We have that in the works on PBS
@@WildlifeCommandCenter seriously?! I'm so excited for you guys!!! Congratulations!!!
Are seagulls edible during a cast away situation ? I feel like they might end up getting you sick .
In a survival situation, you can eat almost anything seagulls definitely on the menu
