Fun Fact: In the original "Predator", they tried doing the thermal vision but the jungle was so humid, everything showed up red. They tried spraying the plants down with cold water but that only lasted a few minutes and it required a lot of cold water. In the end, the director took the negatives of the film and used the outlines of the people plus a bit of color correction to make the final result.

Hehe, some years ago I was a decorator in a theatre, and made that predator suit for the stage. But tech was limited to just three laser pointers in the helmet and red ligh diods here and there. Still it was impressive cause we had a 7 ft guy for it :)
