Today is my first experience watching your videos (this is my second, the first is "What Does an HR Partner Do?" I look forward to continuing watching and learning.

If you have experience in organizational design or development, can you please give us an example? I just find the org design/development is too general when asked about the related interview question.
Great video David . As a HRBP, did you took some HR certification such as SHRM-CP etc? Based on your professional opinion, do you think those HR related professional certifications would be necessarily needed?
Thanks! I think it depends on the certification and your current qualifications. For example, if you didn’t have a university qualification I would devote time to that over a certification.

The STAR model is great! I like to practice and make sure I have relevant examples to provide in an interview!
