    Hello David,
    Watching your videos landed me a HRBP role from a HR Generalist to a BP role, I failed my first interview, but I landed my second one after your video.
    Now I am working with a global team and was confirmed as a senior HRBP as I was given an early confirmation for the role.
    You helped a lot, and I genuinely hoped more aspiring BP would give this video a view! Can't thank you enough.

    Hi David. Thank you for creating this video. As you gave your examples, I started to remember examples of situations where what I have done is relatable to what I have accomplished in non-HR roles. Today is my first experience watching your videos (this is my second, the first is "What Does an HR Partner Do?"
    I look forward to continuing watching and learning.

    Hi David, thank you for the detailed explanation of each interview question and the way to answer the question! If you have experience in organizational design or development, can you please give us an example? I just find the org design/development is too general when asked about the related interview question.

    Good, but not correct at the end. If an employee steals money, they get fired, sometimes arrested. No other option.

    Great video David . As a HRBP, did you took some HR certification such as SHRM-CP etc? Based on your professional opinion, do you think those HR related professional certifications would be necessarily needed?

    • @DavidMalan01
      @DavidMalan01  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks!
      I think it depends on the certification and your current qualifications. For example, if you didn’t have a university qualification I would devote time to that over a certification.
