Hi mate , actually I live in bit tight residential area, and I start my job at 5am , so I have to start my dr200s for warmup at 4:20am , and Iam bit concerned that sound is an issue. IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL DB KILLER TO RESUCE SOME NOISE?
I'm not really sure if you can..mine had the factory exhaust and I didn't think it was too bad ...it probably as close to quite as a single cylinder motorcycle can be

When you switched out the jetting did you notice more power? What sized jets did you switch to? I try to wheelie and it doesn't have a lot of balls.

I have this exact bike and it’s very quiet for a bike...
I like using this bike when riding with my children, its very quiet and you can talk to them when you stop... Unlike my DRZ

Did you put a wider front tire on the front ? or is that stock? I'm looking at one of these bikes to buy but the front tire seems super skinny
