    This allows you to store, access, and manage a cloud database for learning, teaching, application development and more.

    About…me.
    Hello there - I'm glad you've taken the time to look at my videos and this description box!
    My name is Frank and I've been teaching post-graduate programs in technical subjects for almost 25 years. My Master's Degree is in Learning and Technology (from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC - where they filmed the X-Men movies!).
    I'm a Microsoft Certified Trainer (since 1998), a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (since 1999), and have a lot of different technical certifications (I even had my own consultancy and was a member of the Apple Consultants Network for a few years. I like technology a lot.
    I've been fascinated with learning and how to improve learning for years. Especially how to leverage technology for learning. From productivity Applications like Teams, OneNote, Excel, and the entire Microsoft Office suite to tools such as Mindmapping, Metaverse, VR, AR, and more - I like to see how we can use tools to leverage our ability to teach and learn.
    Learning and Technology TH-cam is about helping students and teachers improve their learning by leveraging technology tools. Whether remote teaching, distance learning, hybrid teaching, or completely in the classroom - we can use technology to enhance our skills. This channel is dedicated to developing teaching and personal productivity when it comes to learning and technology. Thank you for watching!

    Excellent example and easy to follow. I just happened to get a contract where I'm going to build a program within Excel that needs to connect to an Azure Database. What great timing on you doing this video and me needing it! I feel like we took the same course from Video Creators too 😀

    I am able to create the server and did not ask for credit card credentials but was showing 14 usd total to create. So, will i be charged later ?

    • @LearningandTechnology
      @LearningandTechnology  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s odd. Normally, you would need to provide a payment method.
      If you are a student you can get credits - so maybe that’s what’s happening?
      For the $14 - that’s normally if you run the system continuously - remember to shutdown or even delete the machine when not using it

      @@LearningandTechnology Yeah, I used a student id to create that. But I don't want to pay that amount later. When I tried to create the server, it shows me some amount to create but did not ask for any credentials so created that. SO, what do I do now? I don't even know how to delete that server.

      If you are a student or instructor, check to see if your School is part of the Microsoft for Education program. There are some free credits that you can get and signing up doesn’t require a credit card.
