Attacking weaker bases is easy. A how-to with equally sized or larger enemy bases would be a lot more relevant.

The game changed. Nowaday the most effective way to destroy a base is by creating army group. The base strengh doesn't matter anymore as the enemy will approach you differently according to your power level.
