I remember watching a TH-cam video taken at one of Land Rover's experience days in which the guide explained that they suffered a lot of damage to their vehicle's alloy wheels taking them through all the various course obstacles.

I’m pleased you did such a good job and brought The Stig back to looking good again...although it looked very purposeful covered in the mud..you could get it wrapped like those rusty effect jobs!! Those microfibre cloths are good but you needed the much larger drying towels which absorb a great deal of water. I’m impressed that you worked so hard...and the sponges..I’m sure some will write in and shout NO...but for a car with that much mud, sponges, well washed and rinsed as you use them, are far better. Mitts are good for polishing and dusting, maybe drying but washing...nope..they fill with grit! A good job well done...Harry needs an extra £10 note in his wages!!!😀😀😀😀Richard😀😀😀😀😀

Wouldn't worry about the factory paintwork, should really stand any amount of pressure washing, I was a painter for VW/Audi and have only ever seen lacquer come off once and that wasn't factory, the early Polo and Golf used to arrive covered in what looked like candle wax for shipping, we used to use the hottest setting on the Karcher to blast it off.
Lots of nooks and crannies for muck to hide in on the underside, l'm guessing the underbody plates if removed would reveal a lot! Have to be careful with some of those pressure washers, did a job at a transport depot and used their washer and it started to take the paint off of my pickups rims!!!!
i have a question about towing.. does it have the fitting ready and i just buy the towing ball and attach it or do i have to install the whole bar first. thanks in advance 👍

You sir have the eyes of an eagle ! These are genuine center caps and the middle fell off one - hence leaving the rear of the cap visible in matt black !
it will be good to have bug mesh or something like that in the front. So it will help to filter out those hard pices of mud and grass ..can you design something like that @powerfulukltd

Nope...Power wash first then pull the grass off, followed by a quick second power wash, you wont get to dirty that way and also wont accidentally pull something else the same time.

We started this business because it was my hobby and sometimes I still treat it as a hobby which has its upsides and its downsides. But i can assure you every week i look on Copart for a Disco Sport to repair and modify !

Nearly 30 minutes of watching someone clean a car , yet it was brilliant.
Yes i had a few requests for this ... the das thing was i actually watched my own video after uploaded and it was satisfying !
That ramp is a god send for cleaning underneath dirty 4x4's, you'd never be able to get into all the areas otherwise.

Using a right angled nozzle makes under body washing much quicker and easier than with your straight nozzle. However job well done!!

How was the inside of the car?
The rubber floor covering is great and easy to clean.. all other materials seem hard wearing and wipe cleanable.

Good thing to do is wet down and spray with Muc Off then pressure wash. Really works well.

Soak the car in a 50cm pool. Drive it back and forth to loosen mud and grass. Then use a power washer.

Sorry - i did try to make the music quiet when i was speaking...i also wanted to leave some of the pressure wash sound together with the music.

Don’t use a sponge. Worst thing for paint work. Use a noodle mitt.

Sponge = bad. Micro fibre mitt = good.
