Growing up with Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, I totally get your nostalgia, hehe. :) My favourite (Zelda-)game is Majora's Mask - it is such a dark and deep game, and its atmosphere and characters are just so well made! But Ocarina of Time also holds a nostalgic place in my heart. Great video.
Personally my favorite is split between Twilight Princess & Tears of the Kingdom. Midna is just such a lovable companion and the gameplay stands out due to the wolf mechanics. But the gameplay in Tears of the Kingdom is peak Zelda. Partially due to being newer but the fact that they turned the worst things about Breath of the Wild into something great was just crazy. Weirdly enough I never beat Ocarina of time nor Majora's Mask back in the day. I'm sure they're good though
