Mapaila urges NUM to focus on workers' rights

Speaking to #Newzroom405's Nqobile Madlala at the NUM Policy conference, SACP secretary general Solly Mapaila says the union should
focus largely on defending the rights of workers. He adds retrenchments in the mining sector aren't a true reflection of the market.

The problem is that this organization is being led by people who doesn't have interest of workers at heart but of themselves just have a look in many branches what is happening is chaos because of regional leaders and National leaders.
