Hi Tommy, about timing - what is a time difference between waking up and going run? I'm asking because I often feel bad running right after eating sth... So when do you wake up, when drink/eating "fuel pre-workout" and finally when you are outside and running? :)

I usually take a break for a week or two after doing a marathon training block. Other than that I just off on the training some weeks if I’m not feeling great.
