All 3 were drafted to an organization that was patient and let there young QB develop. Now look at all the QBs that have been drafted since Mahomes, Allen, and Jackson and can you name one that was drafted to an organization that was patient and properly allowed then the time to develop? Name one organization that didn't fire/hire new HC, new GM, new OC in their young QBs first couple years?
