How to perform rotational atherectomy:
Preparation:
1. Pacemaker?
2. Hemodynamic support?
Steps:
1. Select burr size
2. Engage target vessel
3. Wiring
4. Vasodilator
5. Prepare Rotablator
6. Deliver burr proximal to lesion
7. Rotational atherectomy
8. Remove burr
9. Check angiographic result
10. Replace Rotawire with workhorse guidewire
11. Balloon angioplasty
