My heart is full listening to you both. My mom is suffering from cancer and dementia. Her final days are being spent at home in Hospice. She used to sing this and Sunshine to me when I was little. I sing it to her now. 🥹 Thank you for keeping the great John Denver and all of our memories alive.

This is second John Denver song I have heard ya'll sing and I said it before and I have to say it again I swear I hear John singing harmony with ya'll, maybe it is because I have heard these songs a 1,000 times before. But what ever it is ya'll sound GREAT.
One of my most favourite JD songs. I play my piano and sing this once a week or even more.

Well that song brought back memories. I was always a big fan of John Denver, being a youngster growing up in the 70's, I think most of us were. Songs like this always reminds me of my Dad coming home from the long hauls he use to do. I always remember how happy I was when he get back home back in those days. Apart from the excellent voices, guitars, arrangement, harmony, and all the rest, I really like the way Kappa keeps her face plain and looking away from camera until the line, "the light in your eyes..." at which point she lights her eyes up and looks at the camera !! I've listened to John Denver sing this dozens of times and the way Paul uses vibrato and a clear tone is perfect. Loved it !!
