Cold spoons , ice and related may removes darkness and puffiness but widens wrinkles . Water and decreasing screen time is helpful

This is just a gimmick. She used a some cream to hide her dark eyes in the camera. After the shoot she will wash her face and the paint will go away. Just to make money don't vouch like this. I agree that ice pack under eyes and aloe vera or cucumber will give u support but that doesn't mean it's easy to get away with dark eyes and pigmentations. If your a late sleeper or doesn't sleep this natural remedies won't even result 1%. Get enough sleep and then do these things that might help a bit. But on serious condition like shown in her thumbnail you need to consult a doctor and do some procedures to get results. These hack don't help you get recovered fully. Don't believe these kind of 7 day result gimmicks. This is a pure way to get views at the end they need to sell something and make money. Don't fall for it. And don't simp if a girl puts a video don't simp for them. You are just wasting your time and making her earn without knowing. They just need views and money they doesn't care about what they say.

@@Preetwalaroy Is it? How successful she is? Let me tell you about myself. I am a person who didn't sleep well at night time from my college days. It's been 8 years I think. I couldn't get a peaceful sleep. Bcoz of that I have dark circles and puffiness under my eyes. I tried natural things only like aloevera, ice patches etc etc. After trying it for almost a year I didn't get any results. Bcoz my sleep wasn't proper so I tried to sleep and somewhat I achieved my goal. Now I can sleep better compared to my past and I regularly apply aloevera gel and ice pack. I can see the difference now but it's not a long lasting things. We have to continuously apply aloevera and ice packs regularly so that we don't develop dark circles and puffiness. And I learnt a lesson that I haven't slept properly for few years so definitely it will take more time to heal. There are no shortcuts are full recovery in health it will take time and if u want immediately means go see a doctor they will explain how it works not these internet material youtubers and look at her thumbnail it is a click bait. We can use click baits here and there but not in a health or medical related video.

First you have to peel of the potato and wash it thoroughly then grade it and exact the juice of it, add cotton pad/ball to the juice and keep it in the fridge of 30 mins. After 30 min take out the cotton pad and keep it on eye by pressing as shown in video for 5-6 mins. You should repeat this process for 7 days in a day.
Secondly, you'll need 1-2 spoon of Almond oil, 1 spoon of aloevera gel (Fresh or market one) and 2 vitamin E capsule mix it well and apply daily before going to bed, you can store and keep it in fridge.

You'll get the potato juice by shredding the potato and then squeezing it using a cloth.
2: make a eye creme and massage it on your dark circles at night
Ingredients for eye creme:
Almond oil 1-2 spoons
Aloe Vera gel 1spoon
Two capsules of Vitamin E oil
3: use sunscreen /sunblock

I guess you have low hemoglobin. You can do complete blood count (CBC) then you can confirm that you have not internal body issues. If you have anemia then whatever you will use or these remedies it will never work.
