    thanks a lot! just got MP after surgery on my acetábulo bone... Burns like hell 100% of the time. As soon as the bone is strong enough I will do it all! Thank you so much.

    Thank you for your videos on this subject! Though I have had the condition for years, I was just diagnosed with it this week. I cannot get on my knees or the ground to do these exercises, but I can at least walk and do the one standing to the side of the chair. I have this condition on both thighs. My doctor has me wearing a dress instead of pants and I have switched undergarments.

      @@missz3672 It has improved lately, but I am not sure why. One thing I can say is that I sit for long periods of time. I need to remember to get up and move! Sitting too long is probably one reason I have this. So, if you have this condition, remember to walk around periodically and follow your doctor's advice.

      @@galiagoze thank you I too unfortunately sit for long periods of time. Thank you for reminding me to get up and move around. It’s surprising how someone forgets to get up and move around. I hope you continue to improve and be pain-free eventually 😀

      @@missz3672 Thank you so much! We live in a "sit-all-day" society glued to our devices. We should get outside, walk around, and really enjoy nature that God himself created! 🌿🌷Now I think I will stand up and go for a walk!!

    Hello Sir good evening, l have been suffering the same problem in my right thigh during evening time.l visited the doctor last month, she described some blood tests and found my platelet count was 84 thousands and ask me to take vitamin B12 which l have been taking since 1month but l have no relief yet.
