This world is such a bizzare. Some great pianist like this only make one or two videos but many can only play shark doo doo song made tons of videos. Please make more of hymns piano on you tube!

Wow, this is superb, what a mastery of the instrument. The beginning of "Marvellous Grace of my loving Lord" from 1:06 is sublime with the lead melody in the bass, and Key D flat adds just the right amount of mellow tone. Brilliant.

He's a great pianist but Wonderful Grace of Jesus was really fast. Too fast for a congregation. I know because I play this song a lot. I realize that this is his arrangement too. So sorry if I sounded a little critical.
Too fast, too many arpeggio's, too many notes. Gary is a gifted person with the wrong teachers ! It has nothing to do with grace, it is full of agression. The people that like this are agressors.
I roundly disagree with Mr. van Ingen's assessment of the young man's rendition of the pieces he played. I absolutely thrilled to his style, talent and energy. I think VERY few Evangelical (church) pianists could play this well. My soul was blessed to heaven upon hearing these 2 hymns as played by Gary Santos. Of course if fast and energetic and running over with talent is not your taste, then I can see where Gary's playing could "grate" on you. Everyone to his/her own.
