when we downloading logs from device through network(LAN) in etimetrack 6.7 . In software it is showing machine connected but not able download the logs if we click the mouse on software its get hang and not resoponding. But sometimes machine connected and able to get download the logs. what is the exact problem in this? please help to us.

I think you are using other brand device. This software only support with essl devices. So please check your device brand.

If you have the attendance in your device (Punching machine), you can download the data again and generate report. If the data has lost from your device and software, you can't be recover the data.
