I say I am building an F/A-18C 1:1 cockpit simulator for DCS but the reality is that I have done NOTHING in the last twelve months towards completing the build! Meaning - I suck! Thanks for this motivation and reminding me of the plaque on the NetJets corporate wall: "Time is the great equalizer; rich or poor, young or old, everybody has 86,400 seconds in their day." Thank you for choosing to publish your simpit journey to help others.

I 100% feel that, it so easy to say “I’ll build a bit more tomorrow… oh I’ll get to it on the weekend” and we get distract and forget to take time out for ourselves
Keep me updated on your progress 😃

@@aHornetsNestIf either of you are in qld I bought a cnc machine to make a viper pit and I’ve been learning to use it through fusion 360. If you need anything cut in time I’d be glad to help!

@@Magpie... no way that’s awesome! Where abouts? Send me a pic of the viper pit on insta or fb - I’d love to see it :)

The viper version of a pit is a long way off, I'm still learning but videos like this help. I fly in VR so I'm not looking to make them as pretty as your panels!@@aHornetsNest
