    If some other party has constructed Building in plot which belongs to our Society (Encroachment issue) then during the time of redevelopment will there be any issue during Plan approval.
    Although our Society can take advantage of additional FSI although some part of plot is occupied by other Party still will there be any issue at later stage.
    Should this issue be resolved before Society goes for redevelopment ?

    Hi Sir I need guidance or consultation regarding encroachment happen in my society including my flat I.e in Ulwe Navi Mumbai
    The situation is our society is 7 floor stand-alone building
    My flat is on 7th floor and it is 1 bhk terrace flat (in my agreement it’s mentioned 1bhk + terrace)
    I have covered my terrace with slab and made it master bedroom. Now society is asking me to remove slab.
    But I denied with reasoning that this is common practice in ulwe and it’s everywhere,
    After that also society committee is not listening and asked me to remove the same.
    Now I’m ready to remove the slab from my slab but same time I asked committee that ask all other flats to remove their encroachment which they covered flowerbed/ balconies and extended their living room and bed room.
    But society saying it’s legal and inside their flat.
    Now what to do, as I’m not going to restore only my encroachment, I want all flat owners should follow the same.
    Please help where I can complain also advise how I can connect you for guidance.

    What about illegal parking of vehicles in Stilt on Society area / slots without Society permission ❓

      Members of society can park anywhere in society. Vehicle should be owned by member, not by third party.

    Sir builder ne 1st floor ko hospital me convert kiya huwa hai aur society primises use karta hai toh yeh sahi hai Yesa. Hota hai aur hum isse kaise deal kare plz assist

    Our Housing Society Secretary has encroached over his 4 th floor flat terrace area, I have complained and he has encroachment Speaking Order from BMC.He has now got stay from City Civil by filing Long Form Suit Case Against BMC.

    Even after making complaint to the municipal authority, if no action is taken, then can managing committee levy the penalty to discourage the unauthorized construction by more members after passing a resolution in AGM?

    Our chs is registeted since 2007, since starting till March, 2018, society did not charges interest on dues. But in the year 2018 society issues notice to members to pay arrears of interest. Is this legal or illega. What bye laws says about interest and dues of interest. Plz guide.

    Sir, in our society one member has kept his ice-cream veichles in the parking 4 nos. and mc knows it. He has occupied lot of place in the parking.. Where we should complaint?
