Video showing complete heart block on AliveCor Kardia mobile ECG device

In this video, Dr Boon Lim discusses the use of the AliveCor Kardia mobile ECG / EKG device to detect heart rhythm abnormalities. What's unusual about this is that it shows intermittent heart block, rather than atrial fibrillation, which is confirmed later on my inpatient telemetry.
Can the alive cor or indeed an Apple Watch Series 4, or 5 or 6 be used to detect heart rhythm abnormalities beyond Atrial Fibrillation. The answer is almost certainly yes, but this depends on the quality of recording and interpreting physicians comfort level with making a call on the rhythm abnormalities seen.
