Mostly because it's such an unimaginable amount of force that i don't think tectonic plates or a catastrophic event could generate anywhere near enough power to even blow up it's own solar system.

Most planets are gas planets or simply planets without tectonic plates. Only other planet is mars but it’s seismic activity is negligible. But most importantly, like was said in the video a earthquake with that magnitude is basically impossible it’s only possible in theory. 9.5 is maximum on earth and 37 is necessary for a black hole. Mars is smaller so no planets we have to worry about
