what amp is it
@vijesh prasad : Kinki Studio EX M1 Plus and Dac is Denafrips Pontus
hi kVR, after a long time, have a pair of evo4.4 and kef r300 driven by yamaha as801, thinking to upgrade the amp, which one should I choose marantz pm8006 or denon pma1600ne ideal for evo4.4
@@vincent77295 that is my amp...may I ask why you wish to change it??
Is the sub off ? You should show that is off. Thxs
@Rudy Ruton: sub was not paired
pls demo ' limit to your love' by James Blake
@Gilbert wow that low bass amazing
@@kvrhifi u can also try Partition by Beyonce
@Gilbert th-cam.com/video/bYEzWcqNtgg/w-d-xo.html enjoy. Ignore microphones clipping due to close recording
Weird that Tidal doesn't have James Blake. Damn shame. His stuff is great to sit back and veg out to.
What are the dimensions of your room?
@A E S T H E T I C: 22 feet L*14feet w and right side open kitchen further 8 feet
@@kvrhifi So 6.7 meters x 4.27 meters without kitchen. Isn't space too small for these speakers? Doesn't the bass make a noise? Do you listen to a maximum of 30% of the volume?
@A E S T H E T I C I can’t tell you if my space enough for these speakers or not . But I can tell these sounds excellent to me . That’s why still they are in my house . Other wise without a inch hesitate I would have return them.
30 number in my amp not equal to 30% of volume. It’s depends on song compression and amp gain. I guess both works together. My amp gain is 27db
Also I recorded all videos around ~ 75 to 85 dB sound pressure levels. So consider this as reference .
@@kvrhifi Thank you very much! The speakers are wonderful. I'm thinking seriously about the Evo 4.2 version because I have a smaller living room. How do you think they will be heard?
@A E S T H E T I C I guess 4.2 also going to be same sound signature like 4.4 with little less bass .
Bass sound weak. Sub is needed. Bass drivers are way too small.
Are you saying by this video or you actually bought and saying ...
Eternal agree! Heard the 4.2 4.4 in an audio store and the bass is loud but not deep. I would say you have to set subwoofer in the high 50’s hz just to extend the low end. Really surprised that big towers and 3 way cant deliver at least decent bass.
@Just another youtube user : these are equally to sealed enclosed bass type which focuses on accuracy. If you need more bass you can place them near wall. Or have to look for big back ported speaker’s which they get benefit of room gain .
KVR Listening Room not more bass, it wont reproduce deep bass and thats a problem (Volume is different from range). No they are not accurate, its slower than most speakers ive heard, maybe near sluggish to say the least.
@@justanotheryoutubeuser5029 you've never heard them. Just being a dick, always one.

I warnted to buy these too, because of the excelent soundstage. But in "the audiofool"s review, he speaks about very bad, unnaturak female voicing. Didn't hear them yet.
I take all your tests with a pinch of salt, unless you use some well recorded CDs or vinyls, such as the LP "Check Your Audio" recorded by JVC and issued in 1976. I bet you can't find this vinyl because it has been out of print for almost 30 years. I am lucky enough to purchase one copy in mid-1980s. This vinyl not only tests your loudspeakers but also your amplifier and turntable. In a nutshell, it will give your entire equipment a tortuous test which can be very revealing. Even my hi-end system fails in a few areas.
they are not able to give deep bass, maybe its micerophone fault but this is not bass.
the bass is clear but weak, no punch, disappointing, the rest is great
I will never understand videos like these.
@@franklindrebin00 dann hilf mir mal
People looking to buy speakers can put some headphones on, listen, and get a good idea how they sound. What is there to "understand" ?
Why do americans have carpet everywhere? You spill anything and can get a new floor lol
